Grange Hotel reopens after multi-million-pound investment

🏨 In September 2025, the Grange Hotel in Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria, reopened after a multi-million-pound refurbishment. Located opposite the railway station, it now offers 56 bedrooms, including family and dog-friendly rooms, and two penthouse suites. The hotel can host events for up to 200 guests and features wellness facilities, such as a pool, sauna, and spa. General Manager Sam Gombos emphasized preserving its Edwardian heritage while modernizing the space.

Supercity opens Leeds aparthotel in restored listed building

Dominus submits plans for 240-bed hotel in Camden

🏨 Dominus plans to convert a telephone exchange at 123 Judd Street, Camden, into a 240-room hotel, designed by Stiff + Trevillion. The ground floor will open to a restaurant, café, and bar. Dominus aims to retain much of the original structure, creating over 100 permanent jobs and 99 construction roles. An on-site Camden Hospitality Academy, in collaboration with The Springboard Charity and Hilton, will offer training and work opportunities for locals.
