🏖 Daish’s Holidays reports a 12% increase in bookings for winter and festive breaks. In November and December, Turkey and Tinsel, Christmas, and Twixmas packages set records, with all hotels fully booked for five- and six-day Christmas breaks. The Barrowfield Hotel in Newquay reopens after three years to meet demand. The Abbey Lawn Hotel in Torquay sees a 33% booking rise; Esplanade Hotel in Scarborough, 17%; Russell Hotel in Weymouth, 15%.

Avra emphasizes Mediterranean ingredients, featuring seafood from Southern Europe, US-sourced lamb and beef, and Greek olive oil.
