🏠 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to complete InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke in 2029, with 88 units in Bangkok's Asoke neighborhood. Partnering with CG Capital, this marks IHG's first standalone branded residential project. Thailand leads Asia Pacific in branded residential projects with 23% of activity. The development will feature amenities like a 25-meter pool and fitness center. Globally, IHG has 231 hotels in 70 countries and 105 in development.

Accor expanding Mövenpick brand in Nigeria

Ennismore to open Delano in Kensington next year

New design features in the East Wing were delivered by ABDA Design, incorporating metal finishes and train-inspired headboards. Valor Hospitality manages 40 hotels in the UK.
