🏨 Classic British Hotels has added Barnett Hill and Langshott Manor from The Alexander Hotel Collection. 🏨 Barnett Hill, located in Surrey Hills, offers 56 rooms and nine meeting spaces, led by Chef Steven Newton. Langshott Manor, also in Surrey, features 22 rooms and the two AA Rosette Mulberry Restaurant. 📅 These additions enhance Classic British Hotels' country house offerings near London, aligning with a shared focus on exceptional guest experiences.

🏨 Danish designer Julie Cloos Mølsgaard transformed a 14th-century townhouse in Lagrasse, South of France, into Vipp's 12th guesthouse. The project features a red marble shower, sculptural staircase, and an aluminium kitchen. Lagrasse is known as one of France's prettiest villages. The townhouse was reorganized across three floors, with the kitchen and dining area on the first floor and a bedroom suite on the uppermost floor, showcasing a custom timber bed and marble shower tray.

🏨 Avion Hospitality will manage the 300-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas – Campbell Centre, marking its 11th hotel in Texas. A multi-million-dollar renovation will revamp guest rooms, public spaces, and 11,600 square feet of event space. The hotel is located 6 miles north of Downtown Dallas. Founded in 2022, Avion specializes in full-service and luxury properties. CEO Robert Burg expressed excitement about enhancing this iconic Dallas skyline feature.

🏨 Extended Stay America opened its Premier Suites Jacksonville Airport, a four-story, 124-room hotel, three miles from Jacksonville International Airport, Florida, developed by TMGOC Ventures and Willow Street Capital. It offers amenities for extended stays, including free wi-fi, breakfast, and kitchen-equipped suites. This expansion reflects Jacksonville’s growth in medical, logistics, and aviation sectors.

🛌 The Grand Brighton launched its new spa on 8 September 2025, following a soft launch on 8 July, as part of a £17m refurbishment started in 2024. Located in Brighton, the 699 sqm spa includes six treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, and a 92 sqm gym. £2.5m was invested in the spa. In collaboration with skincare brand L.Raphael Genève, the spa offers advanced oxygen and ultrasound treatments, emphasizing luxury and wellness.

🏠 Polurrian on the Lizard, Cornwall expands with Trevean, a four-bedroom luxury rental at Mullion Cove. This property features a private heated pool, hot tub, and views of Mullion Island. Guests enjoy an electric buggy for accessing Polurrian's facilities. Renovated by owner Andrew Long and team, Trevean boasts a modern kitchen, expansive living space, three en suite bedrooms, and a master suite with a terrace. Long aims to share Cornwall's charm with future generations.

🏢 Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, December 2025, unveils Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Villas and Boduge Residence. The 265 sqm villas offer families or friends privacy and luxury, featuring king and twin bedrooms, a 97 sqm outdoor area with a pool and sundeck. The 395 sqm Boduge Residence provides ocean views, a 160 sqm outdoor area, and a 45 sqm pool. Book by September 30, 2025, for stays from January 10 to June 30, 2026, with complimentary seaplane transfers.

🏨 Edinburgh City Council approved a new Premier Inn hotel near Edinburgh Airport, opening in 2028. The 218-bedroom hotel, located on Eastfield Road, is less than a 10-minute walk from the terminal, supporting the airport's 16 million annual passengers. The five-story hotel, fully powered by renewable electricity, includes 100 parking spaces. Whitbread expects its guests to add £32m annually in city spending. Premier Inn aims to expand from 85,000 rooms to 125,000 across the UK and Ireland.

🏨 The Belfry Hotel and Resort, Midlands, unveils a multi-million pound expansion, completed in two years. New facilities include Brabazon House with 149 rooms, balcony views, and a two-bedroom suite. The Masters Suite, now 852sqm, hosts up to 920 people, generating over £80m in enquiries and £10m in bookings. The Club offers a Technogym, yoga studios, sports hall, and pools.
