Operator sought for historic country house hotel in Vale of Belvoir

🏨 In 2023, The Manners Arms, an 18th-century Grade II listed country house hotel in the Vale of Belvoir, seeks a new operator. Located near Belvoir Castle, the refurbished property includes a bar, two dining areas, and 10 en suite bedrooms, surrounded by mature gardens. Agents Jonty Green and Matt Hill from Christie and Co are handling the sale. A new lease offers an opportunity to continue its legacy as a vibrant community hub.

Staycity Group expands into Poland with first aparthotel in Warsaw

Namron Hospitality to open first property outside Mexico

COTE Korean Steakhouse Debuts at the Venetian Las Vegas

Marriott opens Moxy Tulum, first of the brand in CaLa region

PBH Hotel Group opens Wine & Books by the Sea, Algarve Resort

CityHub to open first German hotel with Hamburg conversion

🏨 Netherlands-based hotel brand CityHub, in partnership with Kohler and von Bargen, will enter the German market by redeveloping the former Hotel Pacific in Hamburg into a 110-room site. This marks CityHub's fifth European location and first hotel conversion. Doubling the building's capacity from 52 units, the hotel will be situated between St Pauli and Sternschanze. Construction begins in 2025, targeting opening in 2027. CityHub also operates in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, and Reykjavik.
