🏖 Aulūs Lindos Rhodes by Domes, opening April 2026 on the southeastern coast of Rhodes near Lardos, will offer 188 rooms and suites, most with private pools or outdoor Jacuzzis. The five-star family resort includes four restaurants, a SOMA Spa, gym, tennis courts, and a Montessori-inspired Kids' Club. Part of Hilton's Curio Collection, this ultra all-inclusive concept features 24-hour dining, premium beverages, and cultural programming, enhancing Hilton and Domes' presence in Greece.

🏖 In April 2026, Aulūs Chania by Domes, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, opens in Stavros, Crete. This adults-only resort features 200 rooms and suites, three pools, and a floating sea deck. It will offer all-inclusive amenities: 24-hour dining, premium drinks, wellness activities, and cultural experiences. Located 25 minutes from Chania's old harbor, the resort includes an on-site chapel, ideal for weddings and events.

🌴 Domes rebrands Aulūs, launching two hotels in April 2026: Aulūs Chania (Crete) and Aulūs Lindos Rhodes (Rhodes). Global all-inclusive market valued at $95.6 billion in 2024, growing 7.1% annually. In the UK, 40% of travelers under 44 and 57% with young families plan all-inclusive holidays. Aulūs Chania offers 200 rooms, three pools, and a spa. 🏨 New York City and Phoenix will see the most new hotel room openings in 2026, with 4,852 and 3,650 rooms respectively, according to CoStar. Dallas, Orlando, and Miami follow. The U.S. will open 891 hotels with 99,011 rooms in 2026, rising to 1,688 hotels with 191,926 rooms by 2027. CoStar's data indicates growth potential, as current room supply and demand are still below 2019 levels, despite leading occupancy rates.

🏨 IHG® Hotels & Resorts plans to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Panchkula, India, by early 2026. The 145-room hotel will include 11 suites, 4 dining venues, and over 2,200 square meters for events. Panchkula, part of the growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, hosts IT parks and manufacturing hubs. IHG aims to expand its luxury presence in India, where 51 hotels already operate, with 80 more in the pipeline for the next 3-5 years.

🏨 Caesars Palace celebrates 60 years on the Las Vegas Strip, unveiling two Presidential Villas in Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in Octavius Tower. The Presidential Villas include 8,060 to 8,370 sq ft spaces with luxury amenities like a private elevator and panoramic views. 🏠 Wrocław-based COI Studio transformed a century-old art nouveau apartment in Poznań's Jeżyce district into "Two Suns," a vibrant, sculptural space. 🎬 Spanish firm Plantea Estudio transformed an old parcel delivery office into Lean Studio's barre studio in central Madrid. The space features a calming atmosphere with browns and reds, microcement floors, and limewashed walls. It includes mirrored walls, wooden barre bars, and open shelving for exercise equipment. Faux skylights and glowing wall lights offer a gentle ambiance in the changing rooms. The studio, established by Lorenzo and Luis Gil, focuses on user-centered design.

🌊 Meliá Hotels & Resorts will open Meliá Whale Lagoon Maldives in January 2026 in the South Ari Atoll. The resort features 100 oceanfront villas, offering Water, Sunset Suite, and Beach Villas. Guests reach the resort via a 30-minute seaplane from Malé International Airport.
