🏨 Cavalieri Art Hotel, located in St Julian’s, Malta, has joined the Radisson Individuals family, offering 254 rooms and suites with panoramic views of Balluta Bay and the Sliema skyline. The hotel features three dining venues, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and event spaces, catering to leisure and business travelers. Mark Camilleri, General Manager, emphasizes showcasing Malta’s hospitality. Radisson reinforces its Mediterranean presence, aligning with recent openings like Radisson Resort Ruža Vjetrova in Montenegro.

🍴 Two seasoned hospitality veterans, Nur Khan and Chef Richard Farnabe, launched Maison Nur on New York’s Lower East Side in late June. Designed by Khan and Jason Volenec, the restaurant features upscale, French-American cuisine with standout dishes like Parmesan-wrapped spaghetti. The space, adorned with Damien Hirst artwork, offers an international wine list and cocktails by Charlotte Voisey. A downstairs lounge will soon open, providing a curated music experience and plush seating.

🏨 FLAGSTAFF, Arizona—In August 2025, NCG Hospitality opened Flagstaff's first dual-branded hotel featuring Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton. Located at I-17 and I-40, the property offers 204 guestrooms. Home2 Suites includes 113 extended-stay suites with kitchens, while Tru by Hilton has 91 rooms. Amenities include free hot breakfast, WiFi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and outdoor patios. Guests can access Northern Arizona University, downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon easily.

🏨 Palladium Hotel Group has invested €90m in three projects in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza, to enhance its luxury status. By the end of 2026, two hotels and a cultural venue will be operational. Site Hotel Ibiza opens next season, offering a unique luxury experience. In April, Unexpected Ibiza Hotel launched with 181 rooms and Europe's first Hell’s Kitchen, in collaboration with Gordon Ramsay. June saw the opening of Ibiza Gallery, a 4,800 m² space with 20 boutiques and art exhibits.

🏨 Stonebridge announced the addition of The Statler Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, to its managed portfolio. Originally opened in 1956 and relaunched in 2017, the eight-story hotel is located in downtown Dallas. It features a resort-style outdoor pool, over 26,000 square feet of meeting space, and four dining options, including the Waterproof rooftop lounge. The hotel provides easy access to local attractions like Main Street Garden Park and the Arts District.

🍴 In September 2025, HUŎ will open a new site in London's Belsize Village, expanding from their 2021 Chelsea location. Head Chef Yam Gurung offers a menu inspired by China and Southeast Asia, focusing on fresh, healthy ingredients. The restaurant design, by Jonathan Clark Architects, features a whitewashed wood lattice with earthy tones, seating up to 86 in the main dining area, 18 in a private room, 8 at the bar, and 16 on the terrace.

🗺 TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, in Shibuya, Tokyo, offers seasonal dining and cultural events. In July, "Ambience in Paper" by Hamadawashi is featured. Noteworthy exhibitions are Nambata Tatsuoki, Sou Fujimoto, and DIY at various Tokyo museums. Dining options include TRUNK(KUSHI) for casual soul food and TRUNK(KITCHEN) for refined dining, with summer menus until September. TRUNK(LOUNGE) introduces new cocktails and cafe drinks, while TRUNK(STORE) offers seasonal snacks ideal for picnics. Home cooking experiences with locals are available for guests.

🏨 Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) expands with 10 new properties. In 2023, Mongolia's first LHW member, Ayan Zalaat Hotel and Spa near Ulaanbaatar, joins the list. Windjammer Landing Resort in Saint Lucia reopened in 2023 post-renovation. The UK addition is Beaverbrook in Surrey. U.S. entries include Hotel Chelsea in New York and El Encanto in Santa Barbara. European additions feature Ancora Cortina in Italy, reopening in 2025, and Asia gains Pearl Gallery Hotel in Guiyang, China.
