Maison Nur, a modern French-American restaurant, is now open in New York City

NCG Hospitality Opens Dual-Branded Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton in Flagstaff, Arizona

🏨 FLAGSTAFF, Arizona—In August 2025, NCG Hospitality opened Flagstaff's first dual-branded hotel featuring Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton. Located at I-17 and I-40, the property offers 204 guestrooms. Home2 Suites includes 113 extended-stay suites with kitchens, while Tru by Hilton has 91 rooms. Amenities include free hot breakfast, WiFi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and outdoor patios. Guests can access Northern Arizona University, downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon easily.

Palladium backs €90m investment in Ibiza’s luxury tourism

🏨 Palladium Hotel Group has invested €90m in three projects in Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza, to enhance its luxury status. By the end of 2026, two hotels and a cultural venue will be operational. Site Hotel Ibiza opens next season, offering a unique luxury experience. In April, Unexpected Ibiza Hotel launched with 181 rooms and Europe's first Hell’s Kitchen, in collaboration with Gordon Ramsay. June saw the opening of Ibiza Gallery, a 4,800 m² space with 20 boutiques and art exhibits.

Stonebridge Adds The Statler Dallas to Managed Portfolio

Atlanta’s Hotel Granada joins Design Hotels

Rosewood to open hotel and residences in California’s Napa Valley
