Hilton reports record growth and global expansion in 2025

Marriott International posts strong 2025 growth, adds nearly 100,000 rooms worldwide

First Ruby Hotel in the U.S. heads to Chicago

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and Ruby Group are set to open the first U.S. Ruby Hotel in Chicago by 2027. Located near the Magnificent Mile, the project will transform the Inn of Chicago into a 22-story, 412-room hotel. Renovations start in late 2026, featuring a new lobby, rooftop terrace, and bar. Ruby Group partners with IHG and Berk Properties, leveraging its efficient hotel model. Ruby, founded in 2013, operates 35 hotels across Europe.

Corinthia to develop luxury resort in Lake Como

Oliver Hospitality Adds The Nashville Reserve and The Sarasota Modern to Its Portfolio

Choice Hotels Announces Record International Growth in 2025
