🏨 Coury Hospitality will manage the 420-room Hard Rock Hotel San Diego starting July 1, located in the Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel offers 40,000 sq ft of event space, 17 Rock Star Suites, a rooftop pool, and three dining outlets. A transformational renovation is planned for 2026. New Coury-managed properties include AC Hotel Bentonville, Arkansas, and the upcoming Seahaus Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Coury now manages eleven properties in California.

🌍 Accor will open Novotel Victoria Falls, a 111-room hotel in 2028, at Eagle Heights, overlooking the Masuwe River in Zimbabwe. Announced at the Future Hospitality Summit Africa in Cape Town, the deal was made with Eagle Real Estate Investment Trust. The hotel will be located near the UNESCO site, Mosi-oa-Tunya. Facilities will include a pool, kids' club, and dining options. This marks Accor's entry into Zimbabwe, adding to their 590 Novotels globally.

🏠 Woolley Grange, a Jacobean manor in Bath, will undergo a full renovation led by StudioJill, starting October 2025. The work will update all 25 rooms, restaurants, spa, pool, garden, and common areas. StudioJill aims to blend the building's charm with modern luxury. This renovation is part of the Luxury Family Hotels collection, which includes Fowey Hall, Moonfleet Manor, and New Park Manor.

🏨 Capella Florence, featuring 89 keys, including 33 suites and 56 guestrooms, plus 10 residences. Designed by RPA and De Vita & Schulze with interiors by Liaigre. Offers 2 restaurants (Tuscan and sushi), rooftop bar, speakeasy, Capella Living Room, 600-square-meter spa, fitness center, and amphitheater. Capella's first European property, expanding into cultural hubs. Aims to blend historical respect with modern luxury. Cristiano Rinaldi, President of Capella Hotel Group, emphasizes honoring Florence's heritage.

🏨 In 2023, easyHotel planned to double its size with a new shareholder, Tristan Capital Partners. By 2024, their revenue structure reversed: two-thirds now come from outside the UK. Recent openings include Madrid, with Barcelona and Valencia to follow. easyHotel focuses on budget essentials, minimizing unnecessary services. Operating in 11 countries, they aim to expand in Spain, Portugal, and others. The brand is enhancing sustainability, reducing CO₂ emissions by 39% over 50 years, investing €7 million in modernization.

🏨 Annua Signature Hotels will open Son Xotano on August 1st in Sencelles, rural Mallorca, marking their first property on the island. Set on a 12th-century estate, it offers 22 guest rooms, including 14 suites. The design includes rustic sophistication and Mediterranean restraint. Dining focuses on zero-kilometer, seasonal cuisine, and wellness highlights slow rituals of reconnection. The estate is ideal for weddings and special events, blending historic architecture with Mallorca's natural charm.

🏨 Resolute Road Hospitality completed a comprehensive renovation of the 98-room Holiday Inn Express Astoria, Oregon. The four-story hotel saw upgrades in guestrooms, lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, pool, and patio. Positioned beneath the Astoria-Megler Bridge, it's a strategic stop between Portland and Seattle. The renovation aims to boost guest satisfaction and operational performance. The property is seven miles from Astoria Regional Airport and near notable local attractions.

🏨 Charlestowne Hotels is expanding by managing Hotel Nell, a 106-room property in Washington, D.C.'s Union Market. They will handle operations, including food and beverage, marketing, and revenue. Hotel Nell offers over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a rooftop venue, and features three dining outlets. The Treehouse rooftop bar offers Mexican-inspired cuisine, while Bolgiano’s Pantry provides health-focused meals. A new Charlestowne-conceived venue will soon energize the late-night scene.
