🏨 Hilton announced The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton, in partnership with Dominus. Opening early 2026, this will be the tenth UK property in the Curio Collection. Located on Great Tower Street, the hotel features 237 rooms, including 10 suites, a restaurant, a gym, and meeting spaces. The project supports the City of London's "Destination City" strategy, aiming to enhance the business and leisure appeal of the Square Mile. 🏨 NYX Hotel Erfurt features 284 rooms, including 31 suites, with options like the exclusive Heaven Suite. Set in Erfurt, the hotel offers a 17th-floor spa with city views. The conference area, 60 meters high, includes 13 rooms for up to 400 guests. Part of Leonardo Hotels' expansion, it joins eight existing East German locations. Future projects include NYX Hotel Leipzig in 2026, Leonardo Hannover Medical Park, and Leonardo Mainz in August 2025.

🏨 £200 million development opening in autumn 2028 spans 16,000 square meters across 13 storeys near Charing Cross Station, London. Whitbread's hub by Premier Inn will employ 150 staff, prioritizing local hires. Utilizing slipform concrete, the hotel will run on renewable electricity, supporting Whitbread's zero carbon goal by 2040. Whitbread expands with Dorset House acquisition in South London and a Vauxhall Premier Inn, bolstering its presence in key urban areas.

🏨 Designed by Philippe Starck, the "Oh Baby" hotel in Dunkirk, France, will integrate luxury, contemporary design, and gastronomy. The project, supported by Atream and developed by the Trigano family, includes a 3 km seawall extension, an 800-meter "dune dike," and a green loop. Cyril Lignac will manage a rooftop restaurant. This initiative aims to promote sustainability and enhance Dunkirk’s hospitality sector, aligning with urban regeneration goals to improve waterfront access and green spaces.

🏨 Accor's MGallery expands in Europe, opening the Green Coast Hotel in Albania, reflecting local heritage. The hotel features influences from Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman history. It offers seasonal dining at Mosaic Restaurant and signature cocktails at Mente bar. Guests can enjoy a five-story spa, paragliding, and local experiences.
