🏨 Scandic Go is opening a hotel in Turku in 2026, renovating part of the former Scandic Atrium. Renovation starts in August 2025. The location is near Turku's harbor and university, close to the Market Square. Scandic plans to meet the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and expand in Oulu and Helsinki. In Tromsø, Norway, Scandic added 305 rooms with The Dock 69°39, and further expansions are planned in key Nordic cities, including Uppsala, Sälen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Umeå.

🏠 **B&B Home's Expansion**: In 2024, B&B Hotels launched B&B Home, an extended-stay concept, adding a 105-apartment hotel residence in Caen, France. This property, in partnership with Sas City O, is located in Caen's city center, along the River Orne. Accommodations range from 35 to 110 m², catering to tourists and business travelers. Emphasizing community and sustainability, B&B Home features shared spaces and eco-friendly practices, supporting flexible stays with kitchenettes and communal cooking facilities.

🏨 Hotel Bourré Bonne Louisville, Curio Collection by Hilton opens downtown with 168 rooms, including 4 suites and 16 deluxe rooms. Located near the NuLu district and KFC Yum Center Arena, the hotel features a rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant. It offers over 7,000 sq ft of meeting space. Dining includes Steakhouse Bourré Bonne and Rooftop Bourré Bonne with menus inspired by French cuisine and Kentucky bourbon. The hotel's design celebrates Louisville's culture and heritage.

🏨 Novum Hospitality, led by CEO David Etmenan, is expanding in Aachen, Germany with a mixed-use development featuring the Holiday Inn – the niu Aixley hotel. The project includes 300 parking spaces, student apartments, and office space. The hotel will target BREEAM certification and incorporate modern amenities to accommodate digital nomads and business professionals. IHG aims to double its German presence, with a partnership leading to three new hotels and a planned dual-branded complex in Leipzig.

🏠 Scheduled for 2027 in Madrid, the €33 million project by All Iron RE I Socimi transforms a 90-unit building into luxury apartments. It includes a gym, indoor pool, and over 1,000 sqm of retail space. With 64 parking spots and a rooftop terrace, it's operated by Aspasios under Marriott Bonvoy. Positioned in an exclusive neighborhood, it caters to both leisure and business travelers, aiming at high-yielding lifestyle assets in Madrid and Barcelona.

🏨 Ruby Hotels and Primetown Development are partnering on a €20m development near Omonia Square, Athens. The project spans 3,200 m² and features a 24/7 bar, breakfast area, rooftop with panoramic views, and pool terrace. This new addition aligns with IHG's strategy, following their acquisition of Ruby in 2025, expanding their presence with ten Greek properties. Ruby's Southern Europe expansion continues with new projects in Italy, including the upcoming Rome hotel opening in spring 2025.

🍴 O-Ku, a 15-year-old concept by Indigo Road Hospitality, surprises loyal customers with gifts in cities like Charleston, Nashville, and Alys Beach. Known for quality sushi, they use OpenTable to identify celebratory dinners for gift-giving. Chef Masatomo “Masa” Hamaya created the popular Masa-racha sauce. O-Ku offers custom sushi boards for private events, fostering community partnerships. Locations include Alys Beach, Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Greenville, Jacksonville Beach, Nashville, Raleigh, and Washington, D.C.

🏨 Garner Hotels debuts in Scotland with the opening of Garner Hotel Edinburgh Haymarket, a 195-room property in Edinburgh’s West End, near key landmarks like Haymarket Station and Edinburgh Castle. Launching during Edinburgh's festival season, it offers affordable, comfortable accommodation. For a limited time, £1 per guest stay is donated to Action Against Hunger. Garner Hotels, launched in 2023, now has 23 properties open and 94 in development.
