🍴 Brooklyn-born Chef Eric LeVine debuted two restaurants at the 42 Hotel in Williamsburg last month. Blackbird is an 85-seat gastropub, offering breakfast, dinner, and weekend brunch with dishes like burgers, fried chicken, and braised short rib ravioli. Evolution, a 35-seat tasting menu restaurant, presents a $175-per-person menu inspired by LeVine's Brooklyn childhood. LeVine operates five other concepts including 317 Main Street in Farmingdale, N.Y., and studied at The Culinary Institute of America.

🏡 Rosewood Amsterdam, housed in the historic Palace of Justice, opens for reservations, welcoming guests from June 1, 2025. Located in the UNESCO-listed canal district, the hotel features 134 rooms and suites, three restaurants, an Asaya® Spa, fitness center, and indoor pool. The property boasts a 223 m² event salon, canal views, and a private Salon Boat. Rosewood Hotels plans future European openings in Greece, Italy, and the UK, adding to their 8 existing properties. Partnerships with local artisans, like jeweler Bibi van der Velden, offer bespoke luxury experiences.

🏖️ TUI France will inaugurate 10 new Lookéa and Marmara holiday clubs in summer 2025 across Greece, Spain, Montenegro, Kenya, Mauritius, and the Dominican Republic, augmenting its existing network of 59 clubs. Locations include Club Marmara Gran Palas in Spain, Club Marmara Long Beach and Sandy Beach in Greece, and Club Lookéa Delphi Beach in Greece, Pearl Beach in Montenegro, and Belle Mare in Mauritius. These clubs will boast facilities such as luxury spas, Blue Flag beaches, and sunset terraces. With a team of 650 entertainers and 60 delegates, TUI France offers an average of 12 daily activities like fitness and beach volleyball. The company emphasizes family-friendly experiences with special children's clubs, swimming lessons, and a commitment to environmental consciousness through educational activities and thematic events.

🏨 Leonardo Hotels Central Europe to open Leonardo Mainz in August 2025, marking its seventh hotel in the Rhine-Main region, Germany. The hotel is designed by Andreas Neudahm and will offer 217 rooms and suites, a lobby, bar, restaurant with a terrace, and an atmospheric bar called "Kasematten". There will be 13 conference rooms spanning 225 square meters, along with a health and wellness area featuring a pool, two saunas, and a whirlpool. The Leonardo Mainz is strategically located minutes from Mainz's historic old town and is managed by Gloram Real Estate.

🍴 Goose + Berry's new restaurant, Seventy Five at Liberty, is now open on Regent Street's second floor. Head Chef Joe Holness offers a British menu with items like goat’s cheese & almond croquettes and Swaledale chicken breast. The £50 Bollinger afternoon tea includes treats like pistachio crème choux. Cocktails are inspired by Liberty's LBTY fragrance collection, and the decor features Liberty prints. The Artist in Residence series debuts with Sir Quentin Saxby Blake's work.

🎭 Capella Hanoi, located in the heart of Hanoi near Hoan Kiem Lake, is a luxury hotel designed by Bensley reflecting the Roaring Twenties and Vietnam's cultural heritage. The 47-room boutique hotel features a neoclassical and Art Deco façade, interior design inspired by European opera houses, and themed suites based on opera characters. Amenities include the Diva's Lounge, Backstage restaurant, and Auriga Spa, all adhering to the theatrical opera theme. Bensley's design includes handcrafted furniture, bespoke wallpaper, and curated artworks incorporating European and Vietnamese craftsmanship, merging historical elements with local culture.

🏨 Broadstreet Global and Contender developed the Element Charleston Airport, a 123-room extended-stay hotel, managed by Hospitality America, near Charleston International Airport and key sites like Tanger Outlets. Offering in-room kitchens with ENERGY STAR appliances, a fitness center, saline pool, and free Wi-Fi, it caters to North Charleston's visitors and contributes to local economic development.

🍕 DoubleTree by Hilton introduces "piebird," a restaurant and bar concept, set to open in Nanuet, N.Y. in fall 2025 and in Asheville, N.C. in early 2026. Developed by Hilton's StiR Creative Collective, piebird offers American classics and seasonal pies. Menus include dishes like Chicken Pot Pie and beverages such as the piebird Palmer. The design features warm textures and vintage decor, aiming to reflect DoubleTree's comforting identity. Additional locations are planned, expanding piebird's presence in the U.S.

🏠 Persepolis Investments unveiled Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences in Madrid's Salamanca District, comprising 24 units sized 308-655 sqm, marketed by Colliers and Knight Frank. The 1948 Gutiérrez Soto-designed building, restored by Julio Touza Sacristán, features Caramba Estudio interiors with 1-4 bedrooms, terraces up to 113 sqm, oak wood flooring, underfloor heating, and Portoro marble bathrooms. Amenities include spa, Turkish bath, sauna, pool, gym, and 24-hour security. The project, Banyan Tree's first branded residence in Europe, is near luxury retail and cultural landmarks.

💎 Estée Lauder opened its first Skin Longevity Institute in the Americas at Hacienda AltaGracia, Auberge Resorts Collection, Costa Rica. The institute is part of the resort's Casa de Agua Spa, near a Blue Zone, known for higher life expectancy. Estée Lauder combines Re-Nutriv skincare with longevity research, offering exclusive Re-Nutriv facial treatments featuring SIRTIVITY-LP technology. The opening featured mind coach Manjit Devgun and global Re-Nutriv skincare ambassador Crystal Greene. The institute represents over 15 years of Estée Lauder research.
