NH Hotels & Resorts to open new property in Copenhagen

🏨 Minor Hotels will introduce its NH Hotels & Resorts brand in Copenhagen on April 10th, 2025. The new hotel, located in the historical 1892 building of Vesterbro district, offers 162 rooms, a restaurant, two bars, a rooftop bar with city views, a gym, a yoga studio, and event rooms for business functions. Cheval Collection nears 1,000 units globally

Ruby Hotels to strengthen its footprint in Germany

Accor reports sustained growth in 2024

Premier Inn continues to expand in Germany

🏨 Premier Inn and Lechner Group plan to develop a 202-room hotel in Frankfurt Gateway Gardens, near the airport, with a 40-space underground car park. Construction in De-Saint-Exupéry-Straße is scheduled to start in summer 2025 and finish within 18 months. They also collaborate on a 174-room hotel in Eschborn, starting December 2024, with completion expected in May 2026. Modular construction will be used, allowing room installation in just two months after the ground floor is built.
