🏠 Dalata Hotel Group opened a renovated shared service center in Parnell Place, Cork. Originally established in 2017 with one employee, it now employs 20 staff, with room to expand to over 45. The center supports finance and administration for 56 hotels across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This move aims to enhance efficiency and innovation. Dermot Crowley, CEO, highlighted this milestone in their growth journey, emphasizing the team's expertise and contribution.

🏖️ Castello Sgr secured €50 million from Alpha Bank for the development of the five-star Hotel Bellevue Cortina d'Ampezzo, located on Corso Italia, Cortina's main street in Belluno, Italy. The luxury hotel will feature 80 rooms, including 27 suites, a 500-square-meter spa, and pools. Prodea Investments and Invel Real Estate promote the project, managed by Accor's Emblems Collection. Advisors include Osborne Clarke, Legance, and Reed Smith.

🏨 Allred Companies plans to start construction on "The Hotel Wilson," a 110-key boutique hotel in Downtown Florence, in February. The project, managed by Valor Hospitality Partners, is set to open at the end of 2027 at 301 E Tennessee Street. The location, previously hindered by an outdated sewer system, is now ready after a reroute of 1,015 feet of sewer lines. The hotel will feature a café, bar, and restaurant, enhancing local tourism and job creation.

🏖 Sublime Comporta expands with 51 hectares, 43 new villas, and 3 central buildings featuring shops, restaurants, pools, a library, and a summer pop-up nightclub. Located in Comporta, Portugal, the resort opens in May, maintaining its connection to nature. The Atrium is the hub with a lounge bar and BeefBar, while Aqua offers wellness options, and The Forum hosts events. Sustainability remains key, enhancing Comporta's lifestyle with indoor-outdoor harmony.

🏨 RIU Hotels & Resorts has opened Riu Palace Swahili in Nungwi, Zanzibar. This 5-star, adults-only hotel is RIU's third in Tanzania. It features 505 rooms, including 76 exclusive Elite Club rooms, with 52 having private pools. The hotel offers a 24-hour all-inclusive service, six bars, two infinity pools, and a variety of dining options. Weekly RIU Party events occur at Riu Jambo. RIU has operated in Zanzibar since 2018, now with three hotels.

🏠 Kempinski Group announced its first U.S. residential project, Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners. Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the project includes 132 private residences in two 20-story towers, six townhomes, and 17 guest suites. Completion is slated for Q4 2029. Residences offer 2-4 bedrooms with living areas up to 3,700 sq ft. Amenities include wellness facilities, dining options, and family spaces. ISG World handles sales.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts, collaborating with Rajdeep Infra & Sales Pvt Ltd, will launch voco Lucknow in Q3 2029. Located in Ashiyana, Lucknow, this 135-key hotel benefits from proximity to Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. As IHG’s third hotel in Lucknow, it joins the existing Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza. IHG operates 51 hotels across six brands in India and plans to expand to over 400 hotels within the next five years, showcasing strategic growth in urban centers.

🌴 Radisson Hotel Group introduces LIME Resort Bohol on Panglao Island, Philippines, featuring 85 loft-style villas, three restaurants, and three lagoon-style pools. Villas offer private balconies or terraces, with premium amenities. Dining includes Filipino and Southeast Asian cuisine at Larder, with cocktails at Bar Paloma. Sustainability efforts include solar panels, LED lighting, and a Green Housekeeping Program. Nearby attractions are Hinagdanan Cave and Chocolate Hills. 🏖 Samanea Group opened Samanea Wellness Resort in Cambodia's Cardamom Mountains, spanning 40 hectares. The resort features 32 villas focusing on wellness, nutrition, and sustainability. Cambodia has seen 6.7 million international visitors, with Pursat Province emerging as a travel hotspot. The resort operates 30% on solar energy and offers activities like jungle trekking. Facilities include a fitness house, ozone pool, and organic farm, promoting a farm-to-table philosophy. Guests contribute 1% to CSR projects.

🏨 Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) signed a management agreement with North Trade In Cement Corporation for U Phu Quoc, a 5-star resort, opening in 2029. Located in Da Chong Hamlet, Bai Thom Village on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, the resort will offer 200 keys, dining, event spaces, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. AHS, headquartered in Bangkok, with offices in Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, and Europe, manages various hospitality brands.
