🏨 Mandarin Oriental took over The Sirēya Desaru Coast, rebranding it as Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast, on January 30, 2026. A ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 5, 2026, marked the new chapter. Located in Johor, Malaysia, this 128-acre resort features 44 suites and a Four Bedroom Pool Villa, all with private plunge pools. Highlighted wellness rituals include Ocean Homecoming and Jungle Wild Surge. 🎵 Hard Rock International plans to open Hard Rock Hotel & Casino San Juan in 2029, with construction starting mid-2026 in Puerto Rico. The $850 million project will feature 415 rooms, 58 suites, and 186 Branded Residences. It aims to create over 2,500 construction jobs and 1,250 permanent positions. The developer, Redwood Group, is part of Radisson's expansion in Asia Pacific, with new openings planned from 2026 to 2028.

🏨 Stockholm, December 2025: Clarion Hotel Sign, designed by Gert Wingårdh, unveils three Stratum Suites by Prince Carl Philip and Oscar Kylberg. Inspired by the hotel's angular architecture, the suites boast custom furniture and steel-lined walls, blending Swedish-made materials and reflective surfaces. The 558-room hotel features suites with distinct color palettes: Suite 8 in chocolate and orange, Suite 9 monochrome with pinks and greens, and Suite 10 in blue-grey and yellow tones.
