🏨 LivSmart Studios by Hilton Pensacola I-10 North Davis Highway opened in Pensacola, Florida, offering long-stay accommodation. Owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, this is their second LivSmart Studios property. Amenities include fully equipped kitchens, free breakfast, WiFi, parking, a fitness center, and pet-friendly options. Located near I-10, it provides access to Pensacola International Airport and local attractions. General Manager Cody Beck leads with Dual Sales Manager Shayla Fisher. Huntsville, Alabama, is the next opening.

🏨 LivAway Suites opened a new property in Tucson, Arizona, its fourth in the state. With 21 more locations nationwide, it offers extended-stay amenities like full kitchens, free Wi-Fi, and fitness centers. The Tucson hotel is near key locations such as Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and the University of Arizona. Dan Barrett, Chief Development Officer, emphasized the brand's commitment to functionality and value. LivAway's expansion highlights growing demand for affordable extended stays.

🏨 Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, in the first half of 2026, signed 25 hotels and opened 13 properties across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa, expanding to 750+ hotels with 99,000+ rooms. Türkiye led developments, with new openings like TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Maltepe. In Southern Europe and CIS, they added locations in Portugal and Uzbekistan. Eleven new agreements were signed in India, and five projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

🏨 The St James’ Hotel in Nottingham, owned by the Johal family since 2013, underwent a £2 million refurbishment. It now operates under Marriott’s Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand, featuring 90 upgraded guest rooms and new public spaces. This transformation makes it Nottingham's only Marriott-branded hotel and the sixth in the UK. Marriott Bonvoy will expand its reach, enhancing guest benefits. 🏨 Hyatt Hotels reported a 5.9% increase in RevPAR in Q2 2026, with net income reaching $110m, up to 30 June. Gross fee income grew 7.8% to $324m. Despite regional challenges like Middle East conflicts impacting RevPAR by 110 basis points, leisure and group bookings surged. RevPAR at all-inclusive resorts fell by 1.2% due to Mexico's security issues. The addition of 3,585 rooms, including the first Miraval site outside the US, contributed to growth.
