🎲 Professionals at Play will open a new Roxy Ball Room in London’s Old Street in July 2026. This 13,500 sqft venue, previously a Bounce site, will house competitive socializing attractions like American Pool, Duck Pin Bowling, and Karaoke. Founded in 2013 by Matt and Ben Jones, Roxy Leisure operates 19 venues nationwide. The Old Street site marks its second London location, joining the St Mary Axe site, with expansion into Holborn planned later in the year.

📍 Dakota Manchester Airport's £54 million hotel opens on July 1st, near Manchester Airport's terminals. Featuring 154 rooms and suites, the hotel includes a Bar & Grill, private dining, a Champagne Room, and an outdoor cigar terrace. Designed as a destination, it offers travelers a luxurious experience before flights. The hotel emphasizes understated sophistication with rich leather, dark timbers, and warm lighting, aiming for a seamless blend of service and atmosphere.

🍽 We Are Ona's founder unveils an innovative hospitality concept in Arles, France. The new venture blends temporary dinners with design-focused events. This ambitious initiative aims to create unique dining experiences, drawing from the founder's expertise in crafting ephemeral culinary and design events. The project expands on the founder's previous success in orchestrating temporary dining experiences, setting the stage for a fresh, creative approach to hospitality in Arles.

🏨 Mortenson Development (MDI) will begin construction on a dual-brand AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott near the Las Vegas Convention Center on June 15, with completion expected by Summer 2028. The 233,330-square-foot property will feature 397 rooms, including 237 AC Hotel rooms and 160 Residence Inn suites. Designed by PK Architects and Wild Muse Interiors, amenities include meeting spaces, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a lounge.

🏗️ Designed by NOA, Berdenesh Hills in southern Albania spans nearly 280,000 square feet, featuring around 250 apartments and a hotel. Inspired by the coastal landscape and Tirana's rural transition, it mimics a citadel with a central piazza. The architecture integrates with the surroundings using raw plaster in earthy tones. Rooflines mirror the terrain across five terraced levels, offering sea views. Preliminary design approval is secured, and construction is set to start this year.

🏖️ Remington Hospitality, a hotel management company, is now managing Aruna Resort & Villas in Ambergris Caye, Belize, 1.3 miles west of San Pedro. This move expands their presence in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). The resort features canal-front and beachfront villas, a restaurant with a globally inspired menu, and spa services. Remington aims to enhance operational efficiencies and revenue at this boutique resort, aligning with their strategy to grow in high-demand leisure markets.

🏨 Davidson Hospitality Group has been selected to operate Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West, Florida, situated less than three miles from Old Town. The resort has 148 rooms, four pools, and a restaurant. A renovation is planned this summer. The property spans five acres of gardens, with a complimentary shuttle to Duval Street and Smathers Beach. Davidson also operates hotels in Key Largo and Islamorada, leveraging their experience in the Florida Keys.

🏨 Fairfield Inn & Suites Cape Cod Hyannis, located in Hyannis, Massachusetts, completed a full renovation enhancing guestrooms, public spaces, and amenities. The 125-room hotel, five minutes from downtown Hyannis and Hyannis Harbor, updated furnishings and added a coastal aesthetic. Enhancements include an indoor heated pool, a modernized fitness center, and renovated meeting spaces. Guests benefit from complimentary breakfast, free WiFi, and a 24/7 market. General Manager Kelly Hamel emphasizes the commitment to guest comfort.
