🏨 Located in Córdoba’s historic Jewish quarter, Spain, NH Collection Palacio de Córdoba redevelops a palatial complex into a hotel. It features 89 rooms, including 12 Junior Suites and 5 Suites. The complex includes Tablafina, an 18th-century house restaurant with 90 covers. Minor Hotels expands NH Collection into Croatia, Slovenia, and Malta. 🏠 Accor plans to open Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura in Morocco's Green City by Q4 2026. Located in Golf City (Prestigia), it will offer 101 rooms and premium amenities. Close to Sidi Maarouf, Nouaceur, and Casablanca International Airport, it targets both corporate and urban-resort markets. Owned by BFO Partners and managed by Accor, it follows an asset-light strategy, emphasizing fee-based income. Accor focuses on expanding AI, loyalty, and distribution to enhance margins.

🏖 In March 2026, Una Hotels One Catania opened a 1,700sqm urban spa in central Catania. This facility, among the city's largest, features an indoor pool, outdoor pool, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, and more. It includes a panoramic terrace with daybeds and seven outdoor wellness suites, plus a beauty hub in partnership with Comfort Zone. The spa's launch marks the final phase of the hotel's repositioning within the Gruppo Una portfolio, Italy's largest hotel chain.

🏖 Waldorf Astoria Hotels is expanding to Park City, Utah, with the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort & Residences, debuting in 2028. The development includes 132 hotel keys and 105 residences. Located in Deer Valley's East Village, it features a 15,000-square-foot spa, multiple pools, and 11,300 square feet of event space. Architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and interiors by AvroKO. This is Hilton’s second project in the East Village, following Canopy by Hilton.

🏨 Residence Inn Albuquerque North in New Mexico completed a seven-month renovation of its 90-suite facility, originally opened in 2002. Upgrades include redesigned suites averaging 636 sq ft, with full kitchens and dedicated workspaces. The color palette now features grey, blue, and brown. The fitness center was expanded to include four machines and free weights, and mobile key technology was implemented. 🏠 Texas, 2020: Emily and Rick Seiders opened Hideaway Round Top near Round Top, Texas, on 21 acres of land. The property, featuring a farmhouse and two cottages, accommodates 19 guests. The Seiders saved the land from a planned condominium development. Designed by Studio Seiders and Sam Burch Architect, the main farmhouse is 3,321 sq ft. A second phase, set for 2027, includes two tiny homes and a 3,409 sq ft event space.

🍴 Philippe Chow has opened in Nashville's historic Cummins Station, originally built in 1906. The interior design by //3877 features a 60-foot porcelain ginkgo leaf fixture. The restaurant includes a quartzite host stand, antique mirrored glass, lacquered burl wood, and brass elements. The Gibson Cocktail Lounge offers a Nashville-inspired musical theme with collaborative artwork between //3877 and Gibson. The design reinforces a high-end atmosphere through gold accents, plush seating, and immersive tile patterns.
