Part of a £3 billion Queensway district redevelopment, the site includes 92,900 sqm of mixed-use space, 139 apartments, and 19 retail brands. Over 300 jobs were created, and 0.5% of revenue supports local initiatives. The property is BREEAM-certified and environmentally focused, featuring a magnesium pool and advanced recovery technologies.
