🏨 Minor Hotels, in partnership with Singapore's Royal Group of Companies, will open The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London by late 2023. Situated at Piccadilly and Albemarle Street, the five-star hotel occupies a 1922 Sir William Curtis Green-designed building. This marks Royal Group's European debut. The hotel features 50 rooms, a restaurant, and a bar across six floors, conveniently located near Green Park. The Colbert Collection targets culinary and cultural experiences.

🏠 In 2026, G6 Hospitality, owner of Motel 6 and Studio 6, opened over 35 new Studio 6 locations in cities like Birmingham, Sacramento, and Chicago. These new sites, a mix of conversions and new builds, meet strong business travel and long-term guest demand. 🏨 Samhi Hotels has leased a 162-key upscale hotel from Ingka Centres India in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The hotel will be part of Ingka's mixed-use Meeting Places concept, which also includes a new IKEA store, according to a statement released on Wednesday. This development aims to enhance Noida's skyline and strengthen its position in the hospitality sector. The project is currently in "active development," as confirmed by real estate firm JLL.

🏠 Apartment Collection by Hilton, launched today with Placemakr, offers fully furnished apartments in Atlanta, GA, and Salt Lake City, UT. This new category, integrated into Hilton's loyalty system, features consistent quality, studios to four-bedroom units, kitchens, living areas, and on-site laundry.
