Featuring Technogym equipment, it offers classes for all skill levels. This development boosts Pennyhill Park’s wellness reputation, which already includes a renowned spa and diverse fitness options. The exact opening date and schedule are pending. In summer 2023, they opened a new wedding venue, and in January 2025, they partnered with 292 Performance.

🏠 Sonnel Hospitality has secured approvals for the $11 million redevelopment of Ashfield Hotel with new amenities and the $4 million revamp of Hurstville Ritz Hotel. These projects, approved in 2023, include new bars and beer gardens, responding to community needs while preserving heritage. 🏨 In Merano, Italy, the Aurora hotel has reopened after a redesign by Feld72 Architects and Hannes Peer Architecture. This historic 59-room hotel on Passer Promenade now features an 18-room extension, a new entrance, and a listening bar. The renovations were spearheaded by siblings Melanie and Philipp Aukenthaler. Unique design elements include over 2,000 handmade ceramic tiles and a sculptural Murano glass chandelier. A second renovation phase will conclude in 2028, adding a rooftop pool and bar.

🍹 In Singapore, Bar Kap has revitalized the historic Tan Yeok Nee mansion, built in 1885 on Penang Road. The venue includes a cocktail bar, restaurant, and exhibition space. Its menu features six cocktails reflecting the building's history, such as the baijiu-infused Pepper Peddler and the clay-aged Dynamo. 🏠 FORT WORTH, Texas—Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Co. are set to invest $160M in a luxury resort at Fort Worth Stockyards, spanning over 1,000 feet of Marine Creek frontage. Groundbreaking is planned for Fall 2027, with an opening in Spring 2030. The 3-acre site will house 225 rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of greenspace, 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and retail shops. The resort aims to enhance the Stockyards' historic appeal, drawing over 10 million visitors annually.
