📍 Hilton and Olive Hospitality signed agreements for 10 Spark by Hilton hotels in India, targeting a total of 150 by 2024. Locations include Bengaluru, Goa, Jaipur, Nashik, Mathura, Pune, Rajkot, and Hyderabad. This expansion aims to penetrate mid-market segments in both metro and non-metro areas. Hilton seeks to offer reliable, affordable accommodations with complimentary breakfast and 24-hour retail markets. 🏨 Hotel Viking in Newport, Rhode Island, reopens in May, marking its 100th anniversary with a multimillion-dollar renovation led by KHP Capital Partners. The hotel features 208 rooms, a historic 1926 room key cabinet, and a local art collaboration. Chef Robert Andreozzi leads the food program with venues like Pescadou and Cap Club. 🍴 Rüya Istanbul has launched at Çırağan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul, reconnecting its Anatolian culinary roots after successes in Dubai, Cannes, and Riyadh. Conran & Partners designed the interior, merging Eastern and Western influences, with Byzantine architecture inspirations. Managed by Ivy Hospitality, both hotels feature new prototype designs. The Residence Inn offers 479 sq ft of meeting space, while the Fairfield Inn features a communal farmhouse theme. Both provide access to key local attractions and business corridors. Renovations were completed by Northco Construction Management.

🏖 In April 2026, AvantStay expanded its portfolio by opening The Mara Laguna Beach, a 66-room boutique hotel in Laguna Beach, California. Situated in the Pearl District, just one block from the beach, the hotel features a rooftop terrace, pool, hot tub, and concierge services. It's AvantStay's ninth acquisition of a former Sonder property and offers convenient access to local attractions such as Woods Cove and Crescent Bay.
