🏨 Ireland's Kerten Hospitality will open its first Indian property before the end of 2026, potentially before Q4. Kerten, operating in 11 countries with 12 brands, will launch three lodging brands: House Hotel, Cloud 7, and HOSME, through management agreements. This entry is considered their most significant market move to date.

🏖 InterContinental Grenada-La Sagesse is set to open in November 2026 along Grenada's southeastern coast. The resort will feature 120 rooms and suites, five dining venues, and over 20,000 square feet of event space, including Grenada's only ballroom. Dining options include Caribbean, Mediterranean, and rooftop bars. Guests will enjoy a spa, fitness facilities, and water sports. This luxury resort, part of IHG's portfolio, aims to capture Grenada's natural beauty and cultural spirit.

🍴 Quality Branded expands to California with the highly anticipated opening of Bad Roman in Beverly Hills, occupying the former Palm Steakhouse at North Canon Drive. Originally from New York's Columbus Circle since 2022, the 3,570-square-foot space features design from GRT Architects, with golden travertine and green tile. The interior boasts textured glass, a boar sculpture, brass awnings, and bold colors, creating a luxurious dining experience enhanced by custom neon and brass lighting.

🏨 Marriott International has opened its 10,000th hotel, the JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa, near Ranthambore National Park, India, as it nears its 100th anniversary. The resort features 127 accommodations, including private villas, guestrooms, and suites. Founded 99 years ago, Marriott now boasts a global portfolio across 146 countries. The luxury portfolio includes seven brands and nearly 700 properties in 74 countries. Recent openings include St. Regis Budapest and Westin Playa Vallarta in Mexico.

Sofitel Fiji Vatu Talei will open in early 2027 on Denarau Island, spanning 10 acres with 176 rooms. The Sebel Nuku Loaloa Living opens August 2026 in Wailoaloa, Nadi, featuring 76 apartments. TRIBE Na Tomba launches late 2026 on Denarau Island with 118 rooms. By 2027, Yavu Collective will operate five resorts in Viti Levu, employing over 1,300 locals.

The hotel now features a redesigned outdoor pool, a fully renovated fitness center with Peloton bikes, and 650 square feet of meeting space. Updates aim to provide modern comfort and convenience for travelers, stated Gemariah Cooper, the general manager.

🏨 In Huddersfield, The George Hotel, a Grade II listed building and birthplace of rugby league in 1895, will reopen under Radisson Hotel Group. Purchased by Kirklees Council in 2020, renovations costing £30 million start next month. The hotel, vacant since 2013, will feature 108 rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and conference facilities. Part of the Huddersfield Blueprint, this revitalization aims to enhance the town center and boost the local economy.
