🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to open Kimpton Al Rowda Doha, a 283-key luxury lifestyle hotel, in mid-2026. Situated in downtown Doha, Qatar, it will feature five dining venues, including a rooftop bar. This pet-friendly hotel aims to serve both travelers and locals with immersive experiences. This expansion is part of IHG's growth in the Middle East, complementing existing properties in Riyadh and upcoming launches in Dubai and Jeddah. IHG operates eight hotels in Qatar across five brands.

🌴 JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa has unveiled the $25 million renovation of its Spa at Camelback Inn. Originally opened in 1989, the 32,000-square-foot spa now features design elements inspired by the Sonoran Desert. Highlights include a Himalayan salt sauna, aromatherapy steam cavern, and a 24-hour fitness center. The spa offers 20 treatment rooms and a culinary center, Ora Café, focusing on wellness cuisine. The outdoor Wellness Waters debut in February, offering hydrotherapy with panoramic desert views.

📍 The Anthem Hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has opened in LA's Stadium District, adjacent to venues like Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. It features 179 renovated rooms, a fitness center, and an oversized pool with the Soundwave Pool Bar. Key amenities include a 1,285 sq ft lounge, and dining by Tom's Watch Bar. Located 10 minutes from LAX and 20 minutes from the beach, it combines Hilton reliability with a dynamic atmosphere.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group expands in the Philippines with Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan, boosting its presence to seven operating and 18 developing hotels. Located in Mactan, Cebu, the 141-key resort, featuring five suites and a Presidential Suite, is 10 km from Mactan-Cebu International Airport. The resort offers direct sea views, and easy access to Olango Island's 920-hectare wildlife sanctuary, and nearby island-hopping sites. Facilities include dining, bars, and leisure amenities.

🏠 Aman Beverly Hills is launching as Aman's first West Coast property, located at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. This $10 billion development includes a 10-story hotel with 78 all-suite guest rooms and two residential towers, with units priced from $20 million to over $40 million. Nearly 10 acres of land will become botanical gardens, with 4.5 acres open to the public. Over 200 native California plant species will be watered using rainwater and recycled graywater.

🏔 Gravity Haus expands internationally, launching its 10th property in Revelstoke, British Columbia, on February 1, 2026. This strategic move involves managing and rebranding The VRGE hotel without new construction delays, enhancing value for members. Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, the hotel has 241 guest rooms, 38 Gold rooms, 12 suites, and 8 dining venues. Notable dining spots feature Chef Luke Nguyen and diverse cuisines. Designed by Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, it highlights Hanoi's culture. Amenities include a 38,000 sq. ft. wellness club and a vast MICE center. Owned by GELEX Group, it aims to blend luxury with local heritage.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts expands in the UK with four new properties through agreements with Fairview Hotels. The additions include voco London – Bloomsbury and three Garner hotels in Rotherham East, Lincoln, and Chesterfield North, contributing over 380 rooms to IHG’s pipeline. voco London – Bloomsbury, with 114 rooms, will transition in mid-2026, while Garner Hotel Rotherham East opened in January 2025. Lincoln and Chesterfield North will open in February 2026. IHG now boasts over 400 properties in the UK and Ireland.

🏨 Las Vegas Marriott completed a $25 million renovation at 325 Convention Center Drive, near West Hall in Las Vegas. All 274 guest rooms and public spaces were transformed with modern designs and amenities. New features include Sagebrush - American Public House led by Chef Alejandro, SB Market, and a revamped fitness center. The hotel added St. George meeting room, totaling seven rooms with 3,731 square feet of event space. The renovation enhances both leisure and business experiences.

🏖 Delano, Miami Beach reopens in late March 2026. Paris Society introduces Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi to the US, collaborating with Ennismore. Gigi Rigolatto, designed by Hugo Toro, features Italian hospitality with a private dining room for 16 guests. Mimi Kakushi, inspired by 1920s Osaka, is exclusive to Delano Members and ranks #36 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Paris Society, founded in 2008, boasts over 70 venues globally.
