🏨 Oliver Hospitality, based in Nashville, is expanding with two new properties: The Nashville Reserve and The Sarasota Modern. Located near the Tennessee Capitol, the hotel includes a gym, outdoor fireplace, and meeting spaces for up to 80 people. This marks Oliver Hospitality's third hotel in Tennessee and its first venture into residential-style lodging and the Florida market.

🏝️ AJ Capital Partners completed Coral Sands Inn & Cottages' second renovation phase in 2024 on Harbour Island, Bahamas. The transformation includes 41 redesigned accommodations, a new sea cottage, a padel court, and pool-side cabanas. Phase one, unveiled in December 2025, featured 14 redesigned cottages and new dining concepts. A spa is set to open in 2026. The hotel was named in Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List 2026, cementing its reputation as a top destination.

The resort will feature 156 hotel rooms, 140 branded ryads, and 60 fractional ownership ryads. It includes diverse amenities like dining venues, wellness centers, and kids' clubs. André Ramos emphasizes sustainable development while CEO Marloes Knippenberg highlights the resort's unique blend of living, culture, and community. The project is part of Kerten Hospitality's Moroccan expansion.

📍 Avi Brosh's Palisociety is opening The Hôtel Lili in Beverly Hills, spring 2026, at 140 S. Lasky Dr. Originally built in 1939, the hotel now has 44 guest rooms and three stories. The design blends European style with classic Los Angeles charm, featuring custom furniture and signature Palisociety details. Guests enjoy amenities like Bellino bed linens and Diptyque bath products. It's Palisociety’s ninth property in Los Angeles.
