🏨 W Hoboken, on October 2023, Hoboken, New Jersey. The hotel unveils two new penthouses designed by AvroKO, offering a residential-style experience. The Penthouses I and II feature sculptural shapes, sunset-inspired colors, and chrome accents. They are tailored for social gatherings with expansive living areas, curved sofas, and dining setups. Located at 225 River St, Hoboken, NJ 07030, the penthouses echo the city’s architectural heritage, providing a modern social club atmosphere. 📍

🌲 MIAMI, Florida—Delano Miami Beach will reopen in late March 2026, introducing Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi, two new culinary concepts by Paris Society. Founded in 2008, Paris Society now boasts over 70 venues. Gigi Rigolatto offers Italian-inspired dining across multiple spaces. Mimi Kakushi, exclusive to hotel guests, features 1920s Osaka-inspired Japanese cuisine and cocktails on the fourth floor. Both restaurants emphasize design and atmosphere, enriching the Miami Beach dining scene.

📅 LAS VEGAS, Nevada—February 2026: The Las Vegas Marriott completed a $25 million renovation, near the Las Vegas Convention Center and 10 minutes from the Strip. All 274 guestrooms were updated with modern designs. The renovation includes the new Sagebrush restaurant, SB Market, a refreshed lobby, and a revamped fitness center. The hotel now has seven meeting rooms, covering 3,731 square feet, including the new St. George room, equipped with modern technology for events.

📍 Líbere Hospitality Group has launched its first Rome aparthotel in San Lorenzo, offering 18 one- and two-bedroom units for short- and medium-term stays. Located at Via degli Ausoni 33, near Roma Termini station, it provides easy access to Fiumicino Airport and the city center. Líbere manages over 1,000 units globally, with a portfolio exceeding 2,300 across Europe. This expansion follows a previous opening in Milan's Dergano area, emphasizing urban connectivity and high-quality services.

🏨 Auro Hotels adds the 135-room Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown to its portfolio with T2 Hospitality in Greenville, South Carolina. Since 1976, Auro has been integral to Greenville's growth, creating jobs and owning five other properties, including Hyatt Regency and AC Hotel, totaling 1,150 rooms. Located near major attractions, the new addition enhances Greenville's vibrant downtown, consistent with Auro's legacy of investing in the city.

🏨 The Newman, the first hotel by Kinsfolk & Co, opened in Fitzrovia, London. Designed by Lind + Almond, it features 81 rooms, including a penthouse suite with a terrace and wellness amenities. The hotel launched a pop-up hospitality school with Saira Hospitality in summer 2025. Brasserie Angelica and Gambit Bar opened on February 1, 2026. Wellness offerings include a halotherapy room and collaborations with brands like Nuori and KLORIS. Rates start at £695 per night.

❄️ ICEHOTEL 36 is artfully sculpted by 33 artists from 12 countries, featuring a 2,800 sqm space with art suites, a Main Hall, and a Ceremony Hall. Construction began with ice harvested in March from the Torne River and started in November. Highlights include a grand piano of ice and 12 art suites. Culinary experiences feature local ingredients. Guests can engage in Arctic activities like ice sculpting and snowmobile tours, enhancing their stay with nature-inspired adventures.

🛢 IHG Hotels and Resorts, in partnership with Fairview Hotels, is expanding in the UK with four new properties, totaling 383 rooms. The Voco London – Bloomsbury, located on Southampton Row, will open mid-2026 after rebranding. Garner Hotel Rotherham East opened in January 2025, while the Lincoln and Chesterfield North hotels will open in February 2026. This brings the IHG-Fairview partnership to six hotels. The expansion aims for quicker market entry and better returns.

🏨 Kensington Hideaway, part of the JMK Group, officially opened on 2 February 2026. The London-based boutique hotel offers 59 themed rooms celebrating local writers like Agatha Christie. Designed by studio Tonik, it features local neighborhood references throughout. Located near Kensington Palace, it has a 35-seat all-day restaurant. Head chef Sahil's seasonal menu focuses on small plates, complemented by cocktails from Auden Hospitality. General manager Rohit Bisht is excited about this new chapter.

🏨 Hilton expands growth in Türkiye with five new properties across four brands, enhancing its 70-year presence. Opening highlights include Hilton Antalya City Centre in 2028 with 254 rooms, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka this spring with 109 rooms, and Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası in 2027 with 104 rooms. Tapestry Collection hotels, Gist Istanbul and Hotel Istanbul Sisli, will open in 2027 and 2028, respectively. Hilton's lifestyle portfolio will see continued growth in 2025.
