Marriott opens dual-brand hotel in Monterey

Developed by EKN Development and managed by Aqua-Aston Hospitality, the 215-room dual-brand hotel offers 127 Courtyard rooms and 88 Residence Inn suites. The property features over 8,000 sq. ft. of event space, a piazza with the Lido Stage, and includes energy-efficient systems and 14 EV charging stations.

L’Aventure opens the doors of its hotel in Paris on February 9, 2026

WorldHotels Highlights Growth Across Its Portfolio
