🏠 Since 2023, Marriott's branded residences portfolio expanded by 23% in Europe and 59% in the Middle East and Africa. Key 2025 developments include locations in Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Dubai, with six more openings expected by year-end.

🏠 The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION, developed by H&H and owned by Shamal Holding, are now available for purchase, with a handover in 2029. Located in Dubai Harbour, the project offers 165 luxury homes across four low-rise buildings. These 2-4 bedroom residences range from 1,450 to 3,770 sq ft. Amenities include a private beach, pools, and wellness facilities. The design features warm, natural tones with expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.

📢 Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, located in Chicago's shopping and dining district, completed a multi-phase renovation led by Anderson/Miller, Ltd. in collaboration with Hyatt Hotels and Jones Lang LaSalle. The redesign included guestrooms, suites, a new sky bridge, and a 20,000-square-foot event space. The hotel also introduced a restaurant, The Bridge Kitchen + Cocktails. Sustainability efforts include refillable water stations and energy-efficient lighting. Local artists like Matthew Hoffman contributed to the artistic transformation.

📍 Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile completed a multi-phase renovation of its guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces, and restaurant, capturing Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood essence. Led by Anderson/Miller, Ltd. with Hyatt Hotels and JLL, the project added a sky bridge to Northwestern Medicine's Galter Pavilion and 20,000 sq. ft. of event space. The new Bridge Kitchen + Cocktails offers local inspired dishes. Sustainability measures include LED lighting and reduced single-use plastics.

🏨 Bali Posh Hotel in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico, joins Wyndham's Trademark Collection, enhancing global visibility and regional expansion. With 78 Balinese-inspired rooms, the hotel is five minutes from San Juan's beaches. Amenities include a Balinese-bed outdoor pool, exclusive beach access, a 24-hour fitness center, and Laut Restaurant & Bar. Guests enjoy complimentary massages and coworking spaces. This partnership integrates the hotel into Wyndham Rewards, offering benefits through their global network.

Situated on the western coast of Lake Como, it offers a floating pool and private dock, enhancing the traditional villeggiatura experience.

🛑 Officials at Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Orlando announced an ongoing $6 million renovation of their 130-suite hotel, operated by HEI Hotels & Resorts. Located at 11428 Marbella Palm Court, Orlando, FL, the hotel is near Walt Disney World and SeaWorld. The final renovation phase focuses on lobby and breakfast area upgrades, alongside suite refurbishments featuring new furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool.

🏠 Sam Nazarian and Marc Anthony are collaborating on HQ Residences in Miami's Edgewater, a 35-story luxury apartment building. Due for completion by 2025, it features units starting at $850,000, with amenities spanning nearly 16,000 sq. ft., including a yoga studio, pool deck, and chef’s kitchen. Dining options include Toma Gourmet by Sofia Vergara and Jack’s NYC Coffee. Developed with Black Salmon, The Boschetti Group, and Constellation Group, the project includes Marc’s speakeasy for nightlife.
