🏨 Hilton announced the signing of Waldorf Astoria Scarlet Bay in the Peloponnese, Greece, marking the brand's first property in Greece. Set on a historic peninsula, the resort includes 121 guest rooms and suites, 13 villas, a spa, pools, tennis court, fitness center, and kids club. Guests will enjoy diverse dining options, including the legendary Peacock Alley. The location offers stunning sea views and proximity to the island of Spetses.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts partners with Uniprom Hoteli d.o.o. to introduce Crowne Plaza Budva on Montenegro's coast by Q1 2026. The 81-room hotel joins Crowne Plaza's European expansion with 92 open and 19 planned properties. Situated on Slovenska obala promenade, just 70 meters from the sea, it offers modern design and amenities. IHG has 12 Balkan hotels, including four in Montenegro, and 10 more under development.

🏨 Accor launched the Emblems Collection in the UK by opening Lucknam Park Hotel and Spa in Wiltshire. Within 500 acres, it includes 42 rooms, 9 cottages, and two restaurants. The Emblems brand will expand with six new hotels by 2027, including Rimrock Banff in Canada and three Italian properties. Future locations include Elatos Resort in Greece and Bellevue Hotel in Italy. Accor aims for about 60 Emblems hotels globally within the next decade.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open the Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh by the end of 2023 with 137 refurbished rooms, expanding to 276 rooms by 2027. Located in Phnom Penh's Pou Senchey district, the hotel will feature over 1,000 m² of meeting space. The brand has more than 400 global properties and saw conversions account for 57% of room openings in H1 2025. The hotel joins IHG’s growing presence in Cambodia.

Dishes like Black Cod Miso and Wagyu beef, reflecting Japanese-Peruvian flavors, are available for a minimum spend of £500. 🍷 Daly's Wine Bar & Beer Hall, located at 210 The Strand, London, has reopened after a makeover. It offers wine bar elegance and beer hall energy across two floors.
