☕ WatchHouse opens a 240 sqm House with 81 covers at Battersea Power Station, London. Located on Electric Boulevard, adjacent to the new tube station, it features the brand's largest Espresso Bar. Designed by Deidra Hodgson, it blends industrial and cosy elements. WatchHouse, now with 24 global locations, including a recent UAE opening, launches a Festive Menu with seasonal specialties. 🏨 Limelight Boulder, completed by WATG, opened in November 2025 on the University of Colorado – Boulder campus. Located in "The Hill" neighborhood, this largest all-electric hotel in the U.S. features 252 rooms and a 15,000 sq ft ballroom. Designed to LEED Gold standards, it incorporates energy-efficient systems and ecological restoration. The hotel includes a rooftop garden, pool terrace, and community access points, enhancing connections with Boulder’s natural and academic environment.

🏨 SO/ Ras Al Khaimah opens on 15 November 2025 on Al Marjan Island, UAE, with 257 rooms offering sea views. Just 90 minutes from Dubai, this ten-story resort features art, fashion, and dining inspired by the concept store model. Guests enjoy amenities like a spa, gym, and outdoor activities. Culinary options include four venues and two pool bars. Event spaces host up to 300 guests. The "Stay in Style, Win the Iconic Night" package offers booking incentives.

🏨 Marriott International plans to open City Express by Marriott Osaka Namba South in 2026. This 14-story, 143-room hotel will be located in Hanazono-kita, Nishinari-ku, Osaka, Japan, near Hanazonochō Station. It aims to blend functionality and comfort for value-conscious travelers, supported by the Marriott Bonvoy platform. This marks Marriott's first expansion of the City Express brand into Asia Pacific, enhancing their midscale portfolio in Japan.

🏨 Marriott International and Pacifica Hotels G.K. will open the City Express by Marriott Osaka Shin-Imamiya in 2026, marking the brand's first entry in Asia Pacific. The nine-story, 100-room hotel will be located in Haginochaya, Nishinari-ku, near Shin-Imamiya Station, Osaka, providing easy access across the Kansai region. This project, in collaboration with AB Capital, aims to expand midscale hospitality offerings in Japan, focusing on quality and value for business and leisure travelers.

🏖 Wynn Resorts and Marjan LLC plan to open Janu Al Marjan Island on Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in late 2028. The resort will feature 132 rooms, a wellness center, dining options, and a vibrant nightlife venue. Adjacent Janu Residences will offer exclusive villas and apartments. Meanwhile, Wynn Al Marjan Island, boasting 1,530 rooms and luxury amenities, opens in 2027. Located 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, it includes a marina and shopping promenade.

🏨 Emblems Collection, Accor's luxury brand, will open six new hotels in two years, expanding globally with properties like Rimrock Banff in Canada (2026), Masseria Furnirussi in Italy, and Elatos Resort in Greece (2027). 🏨 Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa joins Accor’s new Emblems Collection, marking its debut in the Wiltshire countryside, near Bath, UK. The property boasts over 900 years of history, 500 acres of countryside, 42 rooms, and nine cottages. The estate offers two restaurants, including a Michelin-starred one by Chef Hywel Jones, an award-winning spa, and an equestrian center. 🏨 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Concept Tower Real Estate Limited to open a Howard Johnson by Wyndham hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hotel will be located in the Al Nasiriyah area, close to the Ramada Riyadh King Fahd Road, and a 15-20 minute drive from the Olaya district. This development aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, targeting 100 million hotel guests annually. The new hotel strengthens Wyndham's presence in Riyadh.

🌴 LA-based Manola Studio transformed a 1940s motel into the 12-room Hotel Wren, located near Joshua Tree National Park, Twentynine Palms, California. Opened in 2025, this adults-only boutique hotel features a central courtyard with a pool, hot tub, and shaded lounge. Each suite includes a kitchenette and custom interiors mirroring the desert's hues. The design emphasizes peace by omitting televisions and incorporating local art and vintage furniture. A pantry store, Windsong, offers provisions for guest use.
