Housed in a 17th-Century building, it features Moda, a 30-cover restaurant with a nine-course tasting menu by chef James Wilson. Lunch menus start at £40. The hotel's design includes British-made furnishings, and its cocktail menu honors Davies's career. Sundays feature roasts from local suppliers. 🌿

📍 Espire Hospitality Limited will open a new Country Inn Hotel in Dehradun by February 2026. The hotel will feature 61 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and banquets for up to 600 guests. This is the 9th hotel signing in three months for Espire, aiming for 30 hotels by FY26. The company is expanding rapidly in North India, with recent signings in Rishikesh, Udaipur, Jalandhar, North Goa, Dehradun, and Varanasi.

📍 Yesterday, in Aarhus's Sydhavn District, a topping-out ceremony was held for Moxy Aarhus, set to open in 2026 with 188 rooms. Operated by Core Hospitality under a Marriott franchise, Moxy promises vibrant design and social energy. Located in the RØST building, it will include a bar, lounge, and Kulbroen terrace access, connecting to Aarhus's creative centers. Moxy Aarhus aims to be a hub for guests, locals, and students in this emerging urban neighborhood.

🍾 Nobu Hospitality celebrated the opening of Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Roma on November 6, 2025, in Rome, Italy. Located on Via Veneto, this marks Nobu's first hotel in Italy, designed by the Rockwell Group. The hotel features 117 guest rooms, a wellness center, and a rooftop terrace. The restaurant offers signature dishes by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The grand opening included a traditional Sake Ceremony attended by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, Meir Teper, and notable guests.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, located at Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, opens with 259 guestrooms, 224 residences, and 10 dining venues. The hotel, engineered by Werner Sobek and designed by UNStudio, features the region's tallest ceramic façade for sustainable living. Aimed at contemporary luxury, it includes a 25-meter lap pool and 2,000 square meters of event space. The Residences launch in 2026, offering privacy and skyline views.
