Adagio anchors, expands and elevates its presence in metropolitan markets

🏨 The Adagio Access Bordeaux Pessac aparthotel opened on November 20, 2025, in Pessac, France, becoming the third property in the region. It features studios and apartments for up to three guests, equipped for corporate travelers and long-stay guests. The site offers high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a fitness room. Adagio, in partnership with Sergic, also includes two meeting rooms and emphasizes sustainability with energy-efficient measures and local product use. The expansion aligns with Adagio's strategic growth in Europe.

Mövenpick to debut in the UK with countryside resort

🏨 Accor partners with Select Group to bring Mövenpick to the UK in late 2027, transforming the Old Thorns Estate in Hampshire. Accor’s MGallery to open an all-villa resort in the Maldives

🌴 MGallery Collection is expanding into the Maldives, opening V Villas Maldives at Mirihi by early 2026. Located on Mirihi Island, South Ari Atoll, the resort will be the brand's first in the Maldives. The existing Mirihi Island Resort will undergo renovations led by Studio Gronda, featuring 42 villas. VIE Maldives Pvt Ltd, part of Major Cineplex Group, owns the resort. Access is via a 25-minute seaplane from Malé International Airport. Sustainability and luxury are key focuses.

Rocco Forte to open its second hotel in Puglia
