Hilton pushes LXR brand into Greece

🏖 Hilton and RMKA Private Company will open Sandblu Santorini in Kamari, Greece, in summer 2026, marking LXR Hotels & Resorts' entry into the country. Located near Ancient Thira, the resort will feature 66 rooms, suites, and villas, with one-third offering private pools. Facilities include two infinity pools, a spa, a fitness studio, a yoga garden, and dining by Rockwell Group. The site is near Santorini International Airport, enhancing accessibility to the Cycladic islands.

Raffles Residences Bali set to open in 2026

🏡 Accor and Kajima Development Pte Ltd are launching Raffles Residences Bali in Jimbaran, a community of 28 luxury homes on a 5.3-hectare estate. Scheduled to open in Q2 2026, the homes range from 502 square meters with ocean and cliff views. Designed by Kajima and partners, the residences integrate natural terrain and feature infinity pools and sustainable materials. InterContinental returning to Prague in 2029

KEC and Archipelago form JV to launch Saudi hotel brand
