🏨 Carden Park invested £6.5m in four new luxury suites featuring open-plan layouts, separate sleeping areas, and estate views. Designed by Palm Interiors, the suites boast natural stone finishes and brass accents. Located near the Welsh border, the hotel includes a vineyard and two golf courses. Future upgrades to courtyard balcony suites are due by 2026. Director Hamish Ferguson highlights the investment as a commitment to guest excellence and innovation.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group has surpassed 100 hotels in Africa, signing over 15 new hotels and approximately 2,500 rooms in the last 12 months, with entries in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe. Prioritizing Morocco, South Africa, and Nigeria, the Group aims to deepen its presence there with 13 hotels in Nigeria and three in Abuja. Plans include expansions in South Africa, Zanzibar, and nature-focused destinations in Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia, emphasizing quick conversions and strategic growth.

🛳 Four Seasons Yachts embarked on its maiden voyage with the 679-foot *Four Seasons I* in the Mediterranean. Designed by Tillberg and Martin Brudnizki studios, this yacht features 95 suites, including the 10,000 sq. ft. Funnel Suite. With 11 restaurants and a wellness spa onboard, it offers 32 voyages in its debut year, exploring 130 destinations across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

🏨 Marriott Marquis Houston has renovated its 1,000 guestrooms and 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting/event space. Located in downtown Houston, it features updated interiors and unique art reflecting the city's identity. The hotel links to the George R. Brown Convention Center, gearing up for events like the World Baseball Classic and FIFA World Cup 2026. It boasts a rooftop infinity pool, Texas-shaped lazy river, six dining venues, and easy access to nearby attractions.

🏨 Omni Hotels & Resorts began development on the Omni Midland Hotel in Dallas, Texas, marking its 12th Texas location. The project features 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a 5,640 sq. ft. ballroom, and 143 guestrooms. There will be three dining options, a rooftop pool, full-service spa, and an 800-space parking garage. Designed by HKS Architects, the hotel reflects Midland’s heritage and is located near the George H.W. Bush Convention Center.

🏨 In 2023, IHG Hotels & Resorts launched Garner, its 14th brand in Greater China, marking a significant expansion with over 100 hotels worldwide. Designed for the midscale to upper-midscale segment, Garner offers a flexible, conversion-friendly model for hotel owners. Daniel Aylmer, CEO of IHG Greater China, highlighted its role in strengthening IHG’s portfolio alongside brands like Vignette Collection and voco. 🗺️ Bahia Principe, now part of the Piñero-Hyatt joint venture, has launched the “Fully & Freely” positioning as part of a rebranding effort. More than 20 resorts will join the World of Hyatt loyalty program. The new structure introduces two sub-brands: Bahia Principe Escape, for adults-only experiences, and Bahia Principe Explore, for families and groups. This rebranding aligns with Hyatt’s Inclusive portfolio, enhancing guest experiences and international visibility of the Bahia Principe brand.
