🏨 Stock Exchange Hotel, Manchester, will expand with 95 suites by early 2027, featuring Arthur Hope, Bradshaw, and Norfolk suites. Designed by Autoban and operated by Troo Hospitality, the site will include a 1,000 sq ft traders lounge, a boutique gym, wellness facilities, and meeting rooms. It offers 48 parking spaces. Co-owner Winston Zahra emphasizes the expansion's role in meeting demand and investing in Manchester's hospitality.

🍴 Musaafer New York, launched in Tribeca as a second location of the Michelin-starred Houston concept, is designed by Chromed Design Studio from New Delhi. Chef Mayank Istwal drew inspiration from his 100-day journey across India's 29 states. The restaurant features intricate interiors, highlighted by the Sheesh Mahal room, adorned with hand-cut mirrors. The setting includes elements inspired by Jaipur’s Hawa Mahal and traditional Indian motifs, emphasizing a connection to Indian heritage.

🏨 Cameo Beverly Hills has reopened after a transformation by Premier. Located in Beverly Hills, the 138-room hotel features new spaces like Zampo, a Peruvian restaurant, and Silhouette, a lobby lounge. Guestrooms have private balconies and custom furnishings, while the pool deck offers a relaxed California vibe. The 12th-floor Starlight Ballroom provides panoramic Los Angeles views. Design highlights include handcrafted ceramics and custom mural wallcoverings by Zoe Derring and Thomas Harrison.

🏖 Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas in San Antonio completed a $100-million renovation on its 300-acre site. The project, finished over a multi-year period, includes The Big Spring 2.2-acre lagoon and Rancher Hall event space. Powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology, it introduces beach life to Central Texas. Opened in summer 2025, five standalone villas and Toptracer Range™ golf bays enhance the resort's offerings, blending luxury, recreation, and historic charm.

📌 Scheduled to open in late 2027, the 145-room new-build will include features from the five-star hotel. Amenities will include The Drawing Room restaurant and its renowned butler service, enhancing guest experience and maintaining the hotel's luxury standards.

🏨 Essex Hotel Management, headquartered in Rochester, New York, expanded its management portfolio from 11 to 17 properties through an agreement with Larkin Hospitality. This includes 581 keys, featuring Marriott, Choice, Hilton, and IHG properties, and marks Essex's entry into the New England market. Two hotels are set for rebranding with renovations starting this fall. Essex also managed the soft opening of an AC Hotel in Saratoga Springs in December, enhancing their operations and support for Larkin.

🏨 Driftwood Hospitality Management announced the renovation of Delta Hotels Nashville Airport, a 200-key property now under the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand. Located at 733 Briley Pkwy, it’s five minutes from Nashville International Airport. The hotel features eight meeting rooms, 8,000 sq ft of event space, and an onsite restaurant, Blackwood Nashville. This is Tennessee’s first Delta Hotels-branded property, emphasizing Nashville's hospitality growth and meeting business traveler demand.

🏖 1 Hotel Tokyo, part of Tokyo World Gate Akasaka, opened in Akasaka Trust Tower. It occupies floors 38-43 with 211 rooms, including 24 suites and 3 penthouses. The hotel prioritizes sustainability, earning CASBEE S certification. Dining options are NiNi, Spotted Stone bar, and Neighbors Café. Additional amenities include a 460 square meter event space and a wellness spa. The design features natural materials, echoing Japanese craftsmanship, and offers skyline views. The hotel aims to blend business, culture, and green space.

🏨 Six Senses opened its first U.K. hotel in London at The Whiteley, a historic building near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, originally a department store from 1911. Part of a mixed-use redevelopment, the hotel features 109 guestrooms and suites, 14 branded residences, and facilities including a 2,300 m² spa, a magnesium pool, and Six Senses Place, a private member's concept. Design by AvroKO and EPR Architects reflects the building’s Art Deco past.
