Crestline Adds the Hoya Hotel at Georgetown to Its Portfolio

📍 Crestline Hotels & Resorts will manage Georgetown University's Hoya Hotel in Washington, D.C., reopening in spring 2026 after a major renovation. The five-story, 146-guestroom facility will feature 13,000 square feet for events, an open lobby, and modern amenities. Crestline has managed university hotels for over 20 years, including those at Georgia Tech and Emory. As their fifth university property, the Hoya Hotel aims to integrate hospitality excellence with academic needs.

🛨 Sofitel London St James, located in London, completed refurbishments of six signature suites by Paris-based Pierre-Yves Rochon. Four prestige suites are available now, with Suite 70 and The Opera Suite launching in January 2026. The suites feature 1970s aesthetics, Klein blue and Wimbledon green themes, modern art, and smart amenities. The Opera Suite will be the largest, with a private bar. Marie-Paule Nowlis, the general manager, emphasized the blend of French sophistication and London's cosmopolitan spirit.

The 240-seat restaurant, crafted with designer Martin Brudnizki and MGM Resorts, occupies the former Picasso space by the Bellagio fountains.
