🏨 Norwalk, Connecticut—HEI Hotels & Resorts adds three properties in The Woodlands, Texas, to its portfolio: The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, The Westin at The Woodlands, and Embassy Suites The Woodlands at Hughes Landing. These hotels, acquired by Ascendant Capital Partners, offer 909 rooms, 101,500 SF of meeting space, and eight F&B outlets. Built in 2016 and 2015, the properties include pools, fitness centers, and unique amenities like a lazy river.

🏨 Hotel Equities has been chosen to manage 13 hotels in Lubbock, Texas, owned by TAJ Hospitality, increasing HE's Texas portfolio to 29 hotels. Notable properties include Aloft Lubbock and Fairfield Inn Lubbock Downtown, set to open in February 2026. TAJ Hospitality, a family-run organization with over 40 years of experience, is led by Aviraj Patel. This partnership aims to enhance performance and guest experience, with a focus on local-first and tailored solutions.

🏨 Namron Hospitality, founded a decade ago by Yves Namon, is expanding its boutique hotel portfolio across Mexico and the U.S., with 20 hotels planned by year-end, including locations in Miami. Namron emphasizes comfort, local design, and human connection over tech-driven personalization. Iconic elements like La Valise's rolling bed highlight creative design. The brand thrives on resilience, with zero debt, funding growth through reinvestment. Each property balances creative fit and operational professionalism.

🛌 SimpsInns will open Si! Spa at The Waterside Hotel in West Kilbride on 17 February, after a £3m redevelopment. The coastal hotel, now with 40 rooms, added 17 sea-view bedrooms. The spa features six treatment rooms, a Rasul experience, and various indoor and outdoor relaxation facilities. Located 40 minutes from Glasgow, bookings are open for day guests and overnight spa breaks. Owned by the Simpson family, SimpsInns operates hotels, restaurants, and leisure venues along the Ayrshire coast.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental will debut in Mallorca, Spain, in spring 2026. Located in Calvià, the Punta Negra property will feature 131 rooms, including 26 suites, and rooftop suites with private pools. Amenities include six restaurants, a spa, fitness center, and multiple pools. Currently, Mandarin Oriental operates 45 hotels across 27 countries. This expansion highlights the brand's luxury offering, embracing the Mediterranean's beauty and Mallorcan culture.

📌 Hilton, with Placemakr, introduces Apartment Collection by Hilton, launching in 2026. Initial locations include New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. The collection features furnished apartments, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, with amenities like on-site laundry and fitness centers. Hilton plans to add 3,000 units to its 10,000 apartment-style inventory. Guests will benefit from Hilton Honors loyalty program. This move caters to the growing demand for apartment-style hospitality.

🏨 The Shilla Hotels & Resorts opens *Shilla Monogram Xi'an* on February 2nd, marking its first direct entry into China. Located in the Xi'an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the 22-story hotel offers 264 guest rooms and features a Korean restaurant *Lahyang*.
