📍 Alan Noone and Brett Tidy join The Beaumont Mayfair as head and deputy head concierge, respectively. Noone, with over 25 years in the luxury hotel sector, has served at The Berkeley, The Connaught, and The Stafford London. Tidy brings over 40 years of experience from The Stafford London. Both are Les Clefs d’Or members. The Beaumont, opened in 2014, enhances its team with these appointments, aiming to maintain high service standards.

📄 Last month, Charlestowne Hotels named Tom Roman as VP of Food & Beverage. With 20+ years of experience, including roles at Life House/Lark Hospitality, he aims to streamline operations and boost guest experiences. Roman focuses on authenticity, partnerships, and innovation. He prioritizes employee relationships and standardized systems to enhance efficiency. Key trends include chef-driven concepts and evolving service models. Roman emphasizes creating meaningful guest experiences and advocates for fair, sustainable wages for frontline staff.

🏨 Sutton Hotel Collection appointed John Swift as director of sales. He will manage sales for The Athenaeum Hotel and Residences London, The Castle Hotel Windsor, and the Francis Hotel Bath. With over 20 years of experience, Swift previously led sales at Arora Group. Plans include enhancing MICE and corporate sectors and upgrading The Castle Hotel Windsor starting November 2025. The Francis Hotel Bath is nearing the end of its refurbishment.

🏠 Dorchester Collection will manage the $2 billion 1 Mayfair residential development in London, set to complete in Q1 2027. Located on South Audley Street, it includes 24 residences, five staff suites, and entertainment spaces around a central garden. Amenities feature a spa, swimming pool, gym, and concierge. Sales begin in 2026, with prices starting at £35 million. Residents enjoy luxury services, including priority access to The Dorchester’s restaurants.

🏖 Michael Garrow, with over 30 years of experience, is the new director of sales and marketing at Aspen Meadows Resort, managed by Salamander Collection. He previously worked at Garden of the Gods Resort, Colorado Springs, and Meadowood Napa Valley. Aspen Meadows, located on 40 acres in Aspen, has 98 suites and a renovated guest area. Garrow aims to expand market presence and is welcomed back by Salamander Collection to enhance revenue and market share.

🏨 Frank Cook has been appointed as the new general manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in New Orleans. With over 30 years in hospitality, Cook previously managed operations for 19 Hilton and Marriott properties at Hospitality America. He will oversee a $5 million renovation, refreshing the lobby, 367 guest rooms, and other areas by 2026. The hotel is located near the French Quarter, Central Business District, and Caesars Casino. Dimension Hospitality operates the hotel.
