🏨 Daniele Quattromini, the new director of food and beverage at Claridge's, has joined the Mayfair hotel, bringing experience from Corinthia London. He managed 250 staff across eight outlets at Corinthia since 2022, launching The Garden and Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei. Quattromini's career highlights include roles at Cliveden House and awards like the 2015 Gold Service Scholarship. Claridge’s managing director, Thomas Kochs, expressed pleasure in welcoming him aboard.

Clermont Hotel Group appoints five internal GMs

🏨 Clermont Hotel Group has appointed Natasha Ludlow, Michael Hedges, Parik Zala, Dries Gadeyne, and Akhilesh Gupta as general managers across its 14-hotel portfolio. Last year, the group's training hours increased by 140% to 48,000 at The Academy. Ludlow will manage The Royal Horseguards, while Hedges and Zala will manage The Clermont Victoria and Charing Cross respectively. Gadeyne and Gupta are now overseeing Thistle Holborn, Bloomsbury Park, Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5, and Thistle Express Luton.

Castlebridge Hospitality takes over management of Keele Marriott hotel

🏨 On January 1, Castlebridge Hospitality took over management of Courtyard by Marriott Keele, located at Keele University campus in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. Olivia Immesi to step down as chief executive of Native Places
