🏨 November 26, 2025, USA, Marriott International and Hawkins Way Capital sign agreements to convert five FOUND Hotels in Miami, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Chicago, and San Diego to the Series by Marriott™ brand. This marks the brand's U.S. debut, following its May 2025 launch. The move leverages Marriott's global reach and loyalty system while retaining FOUND's unique identity. The Series by Marriott™ brand aligns with upscale, locally inspired hotel experiences and is part of Marriott Bonvoy®.

Dutch Bros leads with menu innovation and hospitality

Thorn, a Tufts University alumnus, studied at Le Cordon Bleu and worked in Beijing during the 1989 Tiananmen protests. He was president of IFEC in 2005 and inducted into the Disciples d'Escoffier in 2014. Thorn authored entries for the Oxford Encyclopedia in 2012 and 2015.
