🏨 Canada’s hotel industry saw a performance boost in March 2026, with year-over-year increases. Occupancy rose to 60.6% (+1.9%), ADR to CAD198.37 (+5.8%), and RevPAR to CAD120.12 (+7.9%). Newfoundland and Labrador led in growth: occupancy +21.1% (58.2%), ADR +9.4% (CAD154.84), and RevPAR +32.5% (CAD90.18), thanks to the Labrador Winter Games. Vancouver's major market gains included occupancy +7.5% (77.1%), ADR +7.4% (CAD231.91), and RevPAR +15.5% (CAD178.84).
