Marcus & Millichap Announces Sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston North/Spring

📑 Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of an 85-room Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in Spring, Texas, on a complex nine-month transaction. Built in 2013, the hotel is located four miles south of The Woodlands, along Interstate 45. The seller was Paramount Spring Group LLC, and the buyer was Prem Hospitality Enterprise. Despite lending, title, and market challenges, the deal was successfully brokered by Rajan Patel and supported by the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.

The King Alfred Hotel sold to Dorbiere pub group

Managed by Graham Wilkinson and Marslie McGregor from Christie and Co, the sale price remains undisclosed. New plans involve evolving the food menu and transforming the venue into a community hub, led by General Manager Alan Eddevane.

Oxford Castle Quarter comes to market at £31 million

Originally a Royal Castle in 1071, it became a prison from 1785 to 1996, and was converted into a hotel and leisure complex in 2006. CBRE anticipates strong global investor interest.

Hyatt Reports Q3 2025 Results
