Choice Hotels enhances loyalty program as Q3 RevPAR goes flat

💸 Choice Hotels International reported a 0.2% global RevPAR increase in Q3 2025, with international RevPAR up 9.5% but U.S. RevPAR down 3.2%. Total revenues rose 5% to $447.3 million. Global net system rooms grew 2.3%. Franchise agreements increased by 54%, and the pipeline exceeded 86,000 rooms. Key expansions: 4,800 rooms in France, 7,600 rooms in China, and entry into Argentina. The Choice Privileges loyalty program will revamp in early 2026 with new rewards and elite status benefits.

Marriott International bucks the trend, ekes out positive RevPAR in Q3

Marriott added 17,900 net rooms, with 13,900 internationally. Development pipeline hit 3,923 properties and 596,000 rooms. Marriott Bonvoy gained 12 million members, totaling nearly 260 million. Full-year 2025 RevPAR growth is expected between 1.5% and 2.5%, with net rooms growth nearing 5%.

In Starwood Hotels, Barry Sternlicht reprises his greatest role

Pandox reports higher Q3 earnings ahead of Dalata deal completion

💰 Pandox AB reported a Q3 profit of SEK 637m (£50m) and EBITDA of SEK 1.2bn (£95m), rebounding from a SEK 39m (£3.1m) loss last year. Total revenues rose 5%, with lease revenues up 2% and hotel operations up 10%. Cash earnings reached SEK 617m (£49m). The Dalata acquisition, valued at SEK 16.7bn (£1.32bn), adds 31 properties and projects SEK 1.2bn (£95m) annual rental income. Completion is expected in Q4 2025.
