This marks their first investment in Puerto Rico, adding to Henderson Park's $5 billion hotel portfolio with over 12,000 keys. The resort features 579 guestrooms, four pools, 37,000 sq. ft. of event space, and a 27-hole golf course. Targeted capital investments are planned. The partnership also manages properties like Arizona Biltmore and Naples Grande Beach Resort.
