Eight heavenly home interiors that embody monastic minimalism

🏠 Casolare Scarani in Puglia, Italy, was transformed by Studio Andrew Trotter from a 19th-century school into a serene home, retaining its original vaulted ceilings. Mourning Dovecote in Sonoma, USA, was designed by Neal Schwartz with a chapel-like extension featuring a skylight. Vaulting Loft in London, UK, by Mata Architects, boasts cathedral-like wooden ceilings. In Hong Kong, NC Design & Architecture transformed a six-storey residence with arches and marble. A2 Architects designed Gate Lodge in Navan, Ireland, with a cruciform plan.

Middle East Sees Massive Flight Cancellations After U.S.-Israel Attacks on Iran

🛩 More than 1,800 flights in the Middle East were canceled by Saturday evening after U.S.-Israel attacks on Iran. Of the 4,218 flights scheduled, 966 were canceled, representing about 23% of regional services. Iran retaliated by attacking UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, where U.S. military bases are located. President Donald Trump announced plans to eliminate Iran’s nuclear program, overthrow its government, and claimed that Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had been killed.
