Boom partners with Beyond to bring dynamic revenue management into its AI-native PMS

Miami, FL, and San Francisco, CA, November 10 2025 — Boom, the world’s first AI-powered property management system (AiPMS), has today announced a new integration with Beyond, a leading revenue management solution built exclusively for short-term rental hosts and property managers.

The partnership will enable operators to pair Beyond’s AI-driven revenue management system with Boom’s AI-powered property management operations, pushing dynamically priced rates directly into Boom and out to connected channels for a seamless, end-to-end workflow.

Beyond’s decade of revenue management expertise and real-time market intelligence combine with Boom’s AI operating layer to help property managers capture demand, keep pricing competitive, and eliminate the manual work that typically sits between strategy and execution.

With pricing decisions flowing into Boom’s platform, updates propagate to listings automatically, while teams gain a clearer view of performance without re-keying or switching tools.

Shahar Goldboim, CEO and Co-Founder of Boom, said: “Revenue is one of the most powerful levers in operations, and this integration makes it effortless. By uniting Beyond’s pricing intelligence with Boom’s AI management, our users can act faster and grow smarter — freeing their teams to focus on what really moves the needle.”

Gerard Murphy, VP of Product at Beyond, added: “Hosts and managers need flexibility and precision wherever they are. Together with Boom, we’re putting dynamic pricing and execution on the same rail — so recommendations not only look good in a dashboard, they also actually reach the guest and deliver results in real time.”

The integration follows a period of rapid momentum for Boom. In October, the company unveiled BAM — the industry’s first Business Agentic Manager for short-term rentals — bringing autonomous decision-making across guest communications, reporting, and review management.

It also announced a $12.7 million funding round led by Avenue Growth Partners to accelerate product development and global expansion.

At the same time, Beyond is entering a new phase of innovation with the introduction of Neyoba, its AI-powered revenue management assistant. Building on more than a decade of market data and pricing intelligence, Neyoba helps property managers and hosts surface insights faster, understand performance in context, and make informed decisions with the perfect blend of data science and human expertise.

With Beyond plugged into Boom’s AiPMS, operators gain a single, AI-native system that learns, adapts, and executes — from rate strategy through to multi-channel distribution and daily operations — without the inefficiencies of fragmented tools.
