PARIS, 2 March, 2026 – Apaleo, the API-first property management platform for hospitality businesses, has appointed Nicolas Suissa as Country Lead in France, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerate its growth in the French market.

Suissa joins Apaleo with nearly a decade of experience in hospitality technology, working with hotel groups and independent operators with global portfolios. Most recently at Amadeus Hospitality, he held senior roles across product and commercial teams. He led global digital distribution and metasearch initiatives while driving product strategy, revenue growth and large-scale technology transformation within complex hotel environments.

A French national with over 15 years of international experience, Suissa returns to France to drive digital transformation within the country’s hospitality sector. At Apaleo, he will work closely with forward-thinking operators to replace legacy systems with an API-first infrastructure and lay the foundation for more autonomous, data-driven hotel operations that deliver stronger commercial performance.

France has emerged as one of Apaleo’s fastest-growing markets, with over 100 hotels already on the platform and a well-established ecosystem of integrated local technology partners.

Demand for Apaleo’s platform continues to accelerate as French operators increasingly move away from rigid, all-in-one property management systems (PMS) in favour of flexible technology foundations that suit their distinct business models and growth ambitions.

Today, Apaleo operates in more than 30 countries, supporting over 2,200 properties and 100,000 units worldwide. Its customers include international hotel brands such as citizenM (Marriott Group), easyHotel and Valk Exclusief; serviced apartment operators including Numa Group and Limehome; and boutique, lifestyle and selected-service groups such as Grand Hotel Cayré Paris, Korner Hotels and Eklo Hotels in France and across Europe.

Florian Montag, Senior Vice President of Revenue at Apaleo, said: “Nicolas brings strong commercial experience and deep hospitality technology expertise. With the momentum we are already seeing in France, his focus will be on expanding our market presence, deepening our local ecosystem, and enabling more hospitality operators to adopt a platform approach that gives them the full flexibility to achieve their operational and commercial goals.”

Nicolas Suissa, Country Lead France at Apaleo, said: “I’m very excited to join Apaleo at a time when flexibility, adaptability and being fully ready for AI have become non-negotiable for any hospitality businesses. France has such a diverse and forward-looking hospitality market, and I look forward to helping operators adopt an open platform that enables them to adapt, experiment with new AI technologies and scale with confidence.”
