New Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Product Officer join Hostaway as the company enters its next phase of global growth.

Toronto, CA, 20 July 2026 — Hostaway, the leading AI-driven vacation rental property management software (PMS), today announced the appointment of three senior executives to its leadership team. These strategic hires come as the company enters its next phase of scaling, following a milestone year in 2025 where it became the first vacation rental management software unicorn.

Joining the executive leadership team are Robert Goldenberg as Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, Janis Rozenblats as Chief Product Officer to drive product innovation and AI, and Darcy Kurtz as Chief Marketing Officer to accelerate global brand growth.

As Hostaway continues to expand its global customer base, invest in AI, and grow its fully remote team across 55 countries, the appointments bring proven experience in scaling SaaS businesses, building category-leading products, strengthening financial operations, and growing global brands.

Robert Goldenberg, Chief Financial Officer:

Robert joins Hostaway to oversee the company’s global finance and accounting functions. Prior to Hostaway, Robert spent over a decade as the CFO of a high-growth, enterprise SaaS business, helping the company scale revenue from under $5 million to more than $200 million. Before moving into an operational role, Robert built a 15-year career in investment banking, advising companies on the transactions and financing strategies that shaped his approach to operating finance.

Robert Goldenberg commented: “Hostaway is a category-leading business with a tremendous opportunity ahead. I’m looking forward to building the financial foundations that will support the company’s next stage of growth.”

Janis Rozenblats, Chief Product Officer

Janis Rozenblats joins Hostaway as Chief Product Officer to lead the company’s product strategy. He founded Mailigen, the email marketing platform he scaled internationally and successfully exited, before joining Pipedrive as Vice President of Product during its rise to unicorn status. Most recently, he led product at Aerones, an AI-powered robotics platform serving the global wind energy industry.

Janis Rozenblats commented: “Hostaway already sits at the center of how thousands of short-term rental operators run their business. I want to deepen that, making the product indispensable to their daily work and embedding AI across every stage of the operator workflow. Having built, scaled and operated B2B SaaS businesses at every stage, I know what it takes to turn that into durable growth, and I’m looking forward to it.”

Darcy Kurtz, Chief Marketing Officer

Darcy joins Hostaway to lead the company’s global marketing strategy, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and leading marketing organizations for technology companies. Prior to joining Hostaway, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at WP Engine and BentoBox, and held senior marketing leadership roles at Mailchimp, Sage, OutSystems, and Dell. Throughout her career, Darcy has worked with companies at pivotal stages of growth and transformation, building global marketing organizations, launching new businesses and brands, and helping technology companies scale.

Darcy Kurtz commented: “Hostaway is growing fast, and I look forward to building on our strong foundation, scaling our brand presence, and helping our technology empower more property managers to run smarter, more profitable businesses.”

Marcus Räder, Co-founder and CEO of Hostaway, said: “2025 was a landmark year for Hostaway as we became the first vacation rental property management software unicorn. As we continue to scale globally, we’re building a leadership team with deep experience growing world-class SaaS businesses. Darcy, Robert and Janis each bring exceptional expertise that will help shape our next phase of growth, particularly as we continue embedding AI throughout the operator experience, accelerating product innovation and expanding our global footprint.”

This follows the recent launch of Hostaway’s purpose-built AI partner, AI CoHost, which enables property managers to run their businesses smarter and scale faster by automating execution and surfacing actionable insights.
