Rosewood Foundation Introduces Rise to the Table Program

🍽 Rosewood Hotel Group and Rosewood Foundation's "Rise to the Table" program will empower female leaders in the global food and beverage industry. Ten women will engage in a week-long educational experience at Rosewood Hong Kong in early March 2026, with applications closing on October 13, 2025. This residency will include business skill development, and it will be followed by a year of mentorship. Since 2022, Rosewood Foundation has upskilled over 300 women and young people and supported 60 entrepreneurs.

🌱 Grand Hyatt Singapore implemented sustainability initiatives focusing on reducing food waste by 43% in six months using LightBlue Consulting and Wisefins. The hotel decreased its carbon footprint across Pete’s Place, Straits Kitchen, and the central kitchen, diverting over 13 tonnes of food from waste and avoiding more than 34,000 kg of CO₂ emissions. Additionally, the WasteMaster 1000 was introduced, supporting a closed-loop system involving locally sourced produce and sustainable seafood, contributing to Singapore’s 30-by-30 food resilience goal.
