🛠 Davidson Hospitality Group has ventured into Europe, adding Ragdale Hall Spa in the UK to its management portfolio. Located on 13 acres in Leicestershire, the spa boasts 93 rooms, 11,400 sq ft of spa space, and six indoor pools. Led by CEO Thom Geshay, the company aims to deliver high-quality wellness experiences and profitability. Ragdale Hall is an adult-only destination focusing on relaxation and wellness. Davidson's European expansion targets upper-upscale and luxury hotels.

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corp. and Homeinns Hotel Group are set to open 50 Hyatt Studios in China over the next several years. This collaboration targets the extended-stay market, offering studio-style rooms with kitchenettes. 🏨 Resolute Road Hospitality and Live Wide Ventures are partnering to open a dual-brand Marriott in Caldwell, Idaho, by mid-2026. The property will feature 119 rooms: TownePlace Suites (57 rooms) and Fairfield Inn & Suites (62 rooms). Facilities include a 24-hour fitness center, pool, hot tub, meeting spaces, and more. It is central to businesses and attractions like the College of Idaho and the Sunnyslope Wine Trail.

🏨 Villa San Michele, Florence, reopens in April 2026 after an 18-month renovation of its 15th-century monastery structure. Reimagined with 39 suites and rooms, the redesign by Luigi Fragola Architects emphasizes Tuscan craftsmanship. Three signature suites—Limonaia, The Grand Tour, and Botanica—are highlighted. The new Villa San Michele Spa by Guerlain offers exclusive treatments. Gardens redeveloped by Luca Ghezzi span 9700 square meters.
