🏖 Hideaway Inns opened its first hotel, Hideaway Inn Mt. Sunapee, at Mount Sunapee, New Hampshire. The brand plans 25 more hotels over five years. The hotel features frictionless tech with Revival Hotels’ Invisible Hospitality, allowing direct-to-door check-in. Unique guestrooms include Crosley record players, rainfall showers, and amenities from The Botanist and The Chemist. Public spaces offer shuffleboard, a kids’ retreat, and indoor recreation, alongside a 24/7 coffee bar and coworking space.

📚 Rochester, Michigan—Royal Park Hotel completed a multi-million-dollar renovation, refreshing 143 guest rooms and suites, event spaces, and public areas inspired by an English garden. Managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, the transformation, guided by the Gettys Group, includes enhanced amenities for leisure and business travelers. The Conservatory, built in Belgium, and the updated Library are now central gathering spaces. The redesign caters to weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.

🍳 Appellation Healdsburg joined Small Luxury Hotels of the World as its first Appellation hotel. Located in Healdsburg, California, on 8.5 acres, it features 108 guestrooms and suites. The culinary-focused retreat includes Folia Bar & Kitchen, with Executive Chef David Intonato, and a rooftop lounge with vineyard views. Guests can experience Sonoma's creative spirit via workshops with local artisans. The hotel is set to open in 2025, joining SLH's 650+ hotels in 90+ countries.

🏨 Accor plans to open a 144-room Ibis Styles hotel in Chester city centre by 2028, as part of the Chester City Gateway project. This new location will join Accor's global network of over 700 Ibis Styles hotels across 58 countries. Graham Dodd emphasized Chester's growth potential, while Luke Averill highlighted the hotel's role in the city's regeneration. Accor currently operates more than 200 hotels in the UK.

🏨 Compass Hospitality Group recently acquired the Angus Hotel in Blairgowrie, Scotland, expanding its UK portfolio. The hotel, located in the Perthshire market town near River Ericht, features 90 bedrooms, a restaurant, and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and sauna. It also has a conference room for up to 150 guests. The five-star family resort includes four restaurants, a SOMA Spa, gym, tennis courts, and a Montessori-inspired Kids' Club. Part of Hilton's Curio Collection, this ultra all-inclusive concept features 24-hour dining, premium beverages, and cultural programming, enhancing Hilton and Domes' presence in Greece.

🏖 In April 2026, Aulūs Chania by Domes, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, opens in Stavros, Crete. This adults-only resort features 200 rooms and suites, three pools, and a floating sea deck. It will offer all-inclusive amenities: 24-hour dining, premium drinks, wellness activities, and cultural experiences. Located 25 minutes from Chania's old harbor, the resort includes an on-site chapel, ideal for weddings and events.

🌴 Domes rebrands Aulūs, launching two hotels in April 2026: Aulūs Chania (Crete) and Aulūs Lindos Rhodes (Rhodes). Global all-inclusive market valued at $95.6 billion in 2024, growing 7.1% annually. In the UK, 40% of travelers under 44 and 57% with young families plan all-inclusive holidays. Aulūs Chania offers 200 rooms, three pools, and a spa. Aulūs Lindos features 188 rooms, many with private pools, four restaurants, and a Kids' Club.
