🏨 Landmark London unveils its revamped Marylebone suites after a £3.8m investment, featuring 48 new suites designed by Alex Kravetz Design. 🏨 Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, in March 2023, approved a £25m redevelopment of Kirklevington Hall into a boutique hotel and spa led by Chris Musgrave with Kymel. The project includes 18 guest suites, a restaurant extension, a wellness spa, 20 woodland lodges, and a dedicated events pavilion. It aims to boost economic benefits and job creation in the North East. Design and planning are managed by GSSArchitecture and Lichfields.

🏠 Park Hyatt Residences will launch 103 branded residences in Nine Elms, London, later this year. Developed by Knightcrest, backed by Valouran, these residences are above Park Hyatt London River Thames. Architecture is by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Christian Bense. Two show apartments, including one on the 26th floor, will be showcased at launch. Henry Barrow leads sales strategy, with Charles Leigh managing the project. This development targets a global audience with high-end hotel services and design-focused living.

🍴 Fooq’s, a 14,000-square-foot dining venue, reopened in Miami's Little River with design by Joyn Studio. David and Joshua Foulquier lead this Iranian-French inspired space, offering rustic elegance. Notable features include an intimate entrance bar, a wine corridor, and a double-height dining room with greenery. The outdoor patio matches the interior size, and the Lion’s Den upstairs provides a private, late-night ambiance. Joyn Studio incorporated deep reds, neutrals, and natural materials for a Miami-Scandinavian fusion.

🏖 Set in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region, the St. Regis Papagayo Resort is emerging with a quarter-mile beachfront. Developer Solana collaborates with CHAPI Design, Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, Gensler, and Maat Handasa. The resort will offer 120 ocean-view guestrooms and 143 residences priced from $3 million. Key offerings include six dining venues, infinity pools, a spa, and a 21,161 sq ft Astor Mansion priced at $30 million. Groundbreaking for residences is imminent.

The hotel features 157 rooms, adobe casitas, a spa, salon, and an art curator. Crescent, with over 120 properties in the US and Canada, plans strategic renovations to preserve the hotel's historic charm. They manage luxury hotels under brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, serving clients such as REITs and private equity firms.

🏨 Huntington Hotel, located atop San Francisco's Nob Hill, reopened after a renovation by Flynn Properties and Highgate. The 143-key hotel features 71 guestrooms and 72 suites, including a 1,500 sq ft penthouse. The reopening marks the 50th anniversary of the Big Four restaurant, now a 72-seat dining space. The Nob Hill Spa, renovated with a three-floor wellness facility, includes 12 treatment rooms, an indoor pool, and an 1,800 sq ft fitness center.

🏨 Colwen Hotels and XSS Hotels completed a major transformation of Framingham's Castle Hotel into The Framingham Hotel Collection, featuring three hotels: Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, Fairfield Inn & Suites Framingham, and TownePlace Suites Framingham, offering 371 rooms. This renovation includes over 25,000 square feet of modern event space. The destination features updated meeting spaces, and three new dining options, enhancing its appeal in Massachusetts, near Boston.

Located in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, this Victorian-style hotel offers 157 rooms, including Pueblo Revival-style adobe casitas. Amenities include a spa, salon, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub. The property is near the Plaza, providing access to local shops and galleries, and features a dedicated art curator showcasing Southwestern art.
