🏨 Paul Y. Construction (B.C.) Ltd. plans to open the Moxy Element Vancouver Downtown in summer 2028. Located in Vancouver's Granville Entertainment District, the dual-brand property will feature 392 rooms—280 for Moxy and 112 for Element. Managed by Hotel Equities, this project will be their second Moxy and third Element hotel in their Canadian portfolio, totaling 33 across Canada. Positioned near key Vancouver attractions, it targets both business and leisure travelers.

🏨 PM Hotel Group announced the launch of RESET Hotel near Joshua Tree National Park, the first new hotel in 15 years in the area. Located on 180 acres in Twentynine Palms, it offers 65 rooms, a saltwater pool, and over 100 acres of preserved land. The hotel features sustainable design and community-focused hospitality. Split Rock Bistro will open in early 2026, offering locally inspired dishes. RESET aligns with PM Hotel Group's strategy for design-focused hotels.

🏝️ OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is set to open its fourth Thai property, OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort, in October after renovation for five-star luxury. The company, led by CEO Jeff Wagoner, recently finalized a $60-million renovation of OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa in Hawaii. The expansion aligns with their strategy of providing unique beach experiences across Asia-Pacific, including locations like Maldives, Mauritius, and Fiji, focusing on guest connectivity and local cultural experiences.

🏨 UAE: Ciel Dubai Marina will open in November 2025 as the world's tallest hotel at 377 meters with 82 floors. 🍴 Dallas, September 2, 2025: Feels Like Home hospitality group unveils Mamani, a contemporary French restaurant in Uptown. Led by brothers Brandon and Henry Cohanim and chef Christophe De Lellis, Mamani focuses on "bistronomie." Designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, the 5,200 sq. ft. venue seats 109, including a 34-seat terrace. The menu blends French and Italian Riviera influences, featuring dishes like Maine Lobster and a 22-ounce rib eye. 🍴 3rd Space Hospitality opens Ayah, a Morocco-inspired restaurant, on Houston Street, New York City. Executive Chef Geoffrey Lechantoux, trained under Meryem Cherkaoui, oversees the kitchen, assisted by Aïcha Sbaih. Their menu fuses traditional and modern Moroccan flavors, featuring dishes like Chhiwates and Pastilla. The bar, led by Adrien Lefort, offers drinks like The Dellah. Designed with DMDesigns, Ayah incorporates Moroccan crafts. It features three dining rooms and a central bar, blending Moroccan culture with New York style.
