🏖 Naples Grande Beach Resort will undergo a major renovation starting April 1, 2026, in Naples, Florida. The resort will close guest accommodations and event spaces through December 31, 2026, for upgrades to guestrooms, suites, dining options, spa, and pool areas. Rhode's End, Clam Pass beach services, and select villas remain open. The Naples Tennis Academy and Naples Grande Golf Club will operate as usual. 🏨 February 2026, Shepherd’s Bush, London: K West Hotel reopens as Hotel Indigo London K West. Formerly the BBC's Kensington House, the site hosted legends like Bowie and Marley. The hotel offers 231 rooms, suites, a restaurant, a bar, and an urban spa—the area's first. IHG acquired it in February 2023, partnering with Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company. Located near cultural spots like Westfield & BBC Studios, it aims to attract locals and visitors alike.

🏠 Global hospitality brand Nobu is launching a luxury hotel in Manchester, UK, as part of a £360m, 76-storey mixed-use tower, becoming the tallest building outside London. The development, led by Salboy, Domis, and Nobu Hospitality, includes 160 hotel rooms, 452 residences, retail, leisure, and co-working spaces. Designed by SimpsonHaugh Architects, the tower will stand 246 meters high. Construction begins next year, with completion by the decade's end. Co-founder Robert De Niro attended the launch event.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai opened at Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. This 303-meter tower, designed by UNStudio and engineered by Werner Sobek, features 259 rooms and suites, and 224 residences launching in 2026. The hotel offers 10 dining venues, a rooftop helipad, and a two-floor wellness center. With over 2,000 square meters of event space, the opening marks the brand's second Dubai location and expands its portfolio to 44 hotels in 27 countries.

🍴 In November 2025, in Nassau, The Bahamas, Leola, a new restaurant by chef Scott Conant, opened at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The 8,800-square-foot space includes a 106-seat dining room, a 130-seat outdoor terrace, two bars, and a private dining room. Leola's menu features classic Italian cuisine with modern touches. The restaurant joins notable concepts like Jon Batiste’s Jazz Club and Marcus Samuelsson’s Fish + Chop House at Baha Mar.
