🏨 Emblems Collection, from Accor, launched its UK flagship, Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa in Wiltshire, featuring 42 rooms, 9 cottages, 2 restaurants, a spa, and equestrian center. Six new openings are planned for 2026-2027 across Italy, Greece, and Canada. Accor aims for 60 properties globally by 2032, targeting Europe, North America, and the Middle East. 🏖 LW Design revitalizes Dubai's Bab Al Shams resort, blending heritage and modernity. Commissioned by Nakheel and Kerzner International, the transformation features adobe structures, intricate interiors, and a tranquil landscape designed by Square M. Guestrooms blend rustic concrete with modern comforts, while dining venues such as Zala, Anwa, and Al Hadeerah offer a fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Sustainability is key, with reused furniture and regional art curated by Capsule Arts. The new design embodies a poetic harmony of past and present.

🏖️ Camp Margaritaville will open in Citra, Florida, in spring 2026. Managed by IHM Outdoors, the Orange Lake project features RV sites, vacation rentals, a pool complex, a swim-up bar, and the Barkaritaville dog park. This partnership aims to enhance outdoor hospitality standards. IHM Outdoors operates in more than 15 locations across six states and aims to double revenue within three years through collaborations like this.

🏨 Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego completed renovations on its 33-story Seaport Tower, part of a two-year property-wide upgrade. The hotel introduced a new adults-only Coastline Pool & Lounge, offering panoramic views and poolside service for guests 21 and over. Renovations updated over 300,000 square feet of meeting space, including the Coronado and Harbor Ballrooms.
