The Wolseley Hotel New York, located at 130 West 44th Street, will be the brand's first hotel, featuring a brasserie and speakeasy bar. Set in a 1905 McKim, Mead & White-designed landmark, it mirrors the Barrière group's strategy. Future expansions are planned globally, emphasizing culinary excellence and elegant design.

🏨 Dalata Hotel Group will expand its London portfolio by leasing a new four-star Maldron hotel in Kensington, increasing its sites to seven. The 370-room hotel, adjacent to Olympia London, will open in 2029 pending planning approval. The all-electric building aims for BREEAM Excellent accreditation. Dalata plans to open additional hotels in Dublin, Berlin, and Edinburgh by December 31, 2026. The redeveloped Olympia area expects 12 million annual visitors, with strong transport links.

🏨 The Francis Hotel in Bath unveiled a new spa, completing a £14 million renovation of its Georgian property. Located on Queen Square, the spa features three treatment rooms, a relaxation area, and Bath's only private thermal experience suite. This includes a foam steam bath, shower circuit, and heated bench. Guests can enjoy holistic rituals, reflexology, and Reiki.
