🏨 Thailand, September 30, 2025: Dusit International launched Dusit Hotels, its ninth brand, expanding globally with upper-upscale experiences in strategic locations. With 294 properties across 18 countries, including 55 hotels and resorts, the new brand operates in Doha, Hanoi, and Chengdu, with a Manila location opening in 2026. Dusit Hotels targets 120-300 keys per property, emphasizing local culture and smart technologies. The company plans eight more signings within two years, driven by developer interest.

🏨 Hotel Burg, located in Leesburg, Virginia, opened on September 30, 2025. This boutique hotel features 39 rooms, including eight suites, offering a blend of Federal, Colonial, and Italianate architecture. Owners Kevin and Remington Ash collaborated with architect Michael Graves and design firm wldwst. Dining options include The Huntōn, led by MICHELIN-recognized Chef Vincent Badiee, and The Diana Lounge. The hotel offers a members' club, The Chase, and event spaces like The Manor 1858. Complimentary local excursions are available.

🏨 Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, opened on September 29, 2025, at 2 Clerkenwell Road, London, UK. This 143-room hotel celebrates local heritage in design, with guest room numbers set like clocks. Dining options include Wilderness Kitchen, Sabini Bar, and the Hat and Feathers pub. The hotel offers two event rooms for up to 60 guests and a £40 dining credit for bookings online. Pets are welcome with a special package.

🏨 Drury Hotels is constructing its newest hotel in Tampa Bay, Florida, set to open in September 2026. This 210-room Drury Plaza Hotel will be the sixth in Florida, marking the third opened in the state over four years. Amenities include free breakfast, Wi-Fi, evening snacks, a business center, and an outdoor pool. It also features 2,500 square feet of meeting space with flexible cancellation policies. The expansion follows a recent opening in Tallahassee in 2024.
