🏨 DKN Hotels, headquartered in Irvine, California, announced on December 30, 2025, that it will manage a new 102-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wildomar, California, set to open in 2027. Developed by American Redevelopment Solutions, LLC, the hotel is part of the Baxter Village Project, which includes a Kaiser Permanente office, 204 apartments, and 67 homes. This will be Wildomar's first hotel, located in Temecula Valley Wine Country.

🌴 The Grand, York, unveils SubRosa spa after a £2.8 million refurbishment of its basement vaults. The spa introduces SeaBody’s marine-based products and offers Moroccan-inspired marocMaroc rituals. Facilities include two saunas, a hydrotherapy pool, and various therapy rooms. Three treatment packages are offered: Rosa, Alba, and Radix. Alongside, a new SubRosa restaurant features Asian cuisine.
