Major Food Group debuts Carbone Riviera, a new seafood concept, at Bellagio in Las Vegas
🍴 Major Food Group opened Carbone Riviera on November 7 at Bellagio, Las Vegas. The 240-seat restaurant, crafted with designer Martin Brudnizki and MGM Resorts, occupies the former Picasso space by the Bellagio fountains. Inspired by coastal Italy, it features a seafood program with dishes like whole fish, linguine in red clam sauce, and Scottish langoustines. The menu includes an extensive wine list and unique cocktails. Carbone Riviera joins other MFG brands like Sadelle’s and Carbone at Aria.
